The unit was very clean and the host checked in to make sure everything was going well. Ground‑level access made everything easy, and the pool was just steps from the gated balcony. The balcony faces the pool area with a dune beyond it, and the beach and ocean is only a few steps away. Great location close to the airport. I’d stay here again.

We enjoyed our time in this condo. The host was very helpful and timely in answering any questions we had. The condo was great with the pool right outside the door and beach access very close. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolute 5-star stay! The location is unbeatable, and the hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our trip. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed—especially the kitchen, bathroom essentials, and great beach gear (the chairs and umbrella were a huge plus!). The beds were exceptionally comfortable—even the cozy nook room we dubbed "The Harry Potter Room."—and the front-loading washer/dryer worked great. On top of that, the A/C ran quietly and kept us cool the entire time. We loved everything about this home and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Loved the fact that basic supplies were available in the condo upon arrival. It is nice to not have to rush out after a long day of travel. Location to pool and beach access is awesome!

Beautiful accommodations. It definitely exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well equipped, as were the bedrooms and bathrooms. They even had extra beach towels and beach accessories available for our use. We definitely would stay there again!

Easy check in, well stocked kitchen. Great WiFi. Very convenient to pool and beach. Enjoyed our stay. Pool and beach were not crowded and came with chairs and umbrella. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Condo, Perfect Location!

The condo was the perfect home away from home! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with to book! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, perfect location, beds were very comfortable, and most definitely a place I would love to stay in again someday!

We had a great time at Summer Place 104. Parents with 4 kids had plenty of room. The condo was very clean great amenities. I can't tell you how awesome it was being on the main level, literraly a few steps from the pool and only a few more from the beach. You could hear the waves from the patio. It was a great relaxing trip. Mike was super helpful answered all my questions I had. He even had beach service set up for us everyday!The pictures of the white sand beaches don't do it justice, the sand is absolutely amazing, so soft and white do yourself a favor and head down to Summer Place.

Family Reunion

We have had a family reunion every Labor Day for the past 20 years. Most of those years were at Summerplace. It is our favorite place to stay.

Wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Place! It contains all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. The view of the ocean is breathtaking, it allows for easy access to the pool and sandy white beach. Mike is very easy to work with and easily accessible if you need to communicate any problems. Would definitely recommend this property!!
