Perfect place for a perfect vacation. Really enjoyed mornings on the balcony watching dolphins. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Highly recommend. Our first time in Destin/Ft. Walton and hope to return soon and hope to stay here again.

Relaxing is an understatement! Hosts were very good with communicating promptly with any questions we had. Will definitely be back:) Property is better than described and the views from the balcony were amazing, pools were well maintained. Nice area close to food and entertainment. Some of the best fresh seafood we have had. Looking forward to next time !!

Our 7 night stay was great! The space was perfect for our family of 8 and the beach access was amazing! We had an issue with the front door lock the first night but the host was prompt with communication and resolved the issue quickly! Would definitely recommend!

We had the best vacation here. The condo was so nice and perfect for our family. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer came in handy during our stay. The best part was the most beautiful view. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai every morning. We will definitely be back!

It was perfect. The condo had everything you needed. Was clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean was great. Love the color of the water and the white sand. Everything was beautiful- condo was spotless and we enjoyed the most beautiful sunset on the first evening. The A/C controls weren’t working when we got there but Chelsee responded immediately to my text and had someone get it fixed right away. Beautiful beach and wonderful condo. Great week.

If you are looking for a place that is just ok, then this condo will work for you. If a clean condo is important to you, then you might want to look elsewhere. It was obvious the condo is not truly cleaned between guests. As an example of cleaning issues, in the master bedroom was a mess of hair, dirt and sand behind the bedroom door, a piece of candy was laying on the floor by the bed, clothes were left in the chest, prescription medications were found in a nightstand. In the second bedroom hair and dirt was on the floor between the bed and nightstand, window sills were dirty with hair and dust. The kitchen countertops were clean but other areas had not been cleaned for some time. While cleaning up after using the stove for the first time we were cleaning the microwave and after wiping the top of the microwave the cleaning cloth was filthy with dirt/grease. The couch and loveseat need to be cleaned or replaced. I emailed the owners after we got home about the condo and they did respond immediately. They apoligized and said they would look into the issues. They also questioned why we waited until our stay was over to say anything. My answer to that is, when I book a condo I expect it to be clean and ready for me when I arrive, not after the fact and need to spend my vacation dealing with a cleaning crew. The amount of time needed to truly clean the condo would be considerable.

We appreciate the feedback, and we're sorry your stay didn't start the way we want every stay to start. You're right that a previous guest's belongings and dusty window sills should have been caught, and we've addressed that with our team. We do want future guests to have the full picture. This was the first stay after a hurricane hit our area hard, during a hectic end of season. We offered a significantly discounted rate and a very early check-in that day. There was no communication from you at check-in or during the stay, so the first we heard of any concern was an email after checkout. We responded immediately and apologized. Our only question was why we hadn't been told sooner, because one message would have had a cleaner there the same day. That's not asking a guest to spend vacation dealing with a crew. It's how we make things right, and we're sorry we never got that chance. This is our family condo that we stay in, so we're sticklers about cleanliness, and it shows in more than 108 five-star reviews where cleanliness is what guests praise most. The couch and loveseat are less than a year old. And yes, the top of the microwave is now on the checklist too. We hope every guest reaches out if something isn't right. We're quick, and we care. The water was clear and calm most days, allowing for even our youngest family members, 3 and 5 years, to wade out to the second sand bar. The views were amazing! We saw dolphins nearly every morning. The sunsets were breathtaking down on the beach. The condo location was perfect, not too close to all of the hustle and bustle, but plenty of food, activity, and grocery options nearby. We loved the entire week!
