I had a great stay at this property. The home was very clean, the check‑in instructions were clear, and the host was extremely responsive throughout my trip. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. The house includes some basic necessities, but you’ll want to bring things like laundry pods, hand soap, and spices. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The unit is beautiful and has a spectacular balcony with a beautiful view. The guide the host prepared for us has everything you need to enjoy your vacation to the maximum.The cleaning was ok, rugs (especially in the bathrooms) and floors were not very clean though. Walking barefoot would leave our feet black :(

Family Vacation

Truly enjoyed staying at Sunset Dreams at Pelican Beach! One of the things I loved was how well the kitchen is stocked with the things you need! This is important for a family vacation. Would definitely stay there again!

View was excellent. Pools and hot tubs were clean and kids enjoyed it. Unit was clean but was likely a renovated smokers unit, so tar oozed in bathroom walls and there were discolored areas. Linens and decor were clean. Pinkie rentals was very easy to work with. Great communication and ease in using the rental. Would highly recommend and looking forward to renting again.

Everything was wonderful, until the last night, one of the other units decided to keep everyone up with their bass. They didn’t have much respect for others, they also had a dog that barked a lot. But it was very quiet and peaceful till they arrived. Hope to be back

Checkin was fast and everything was well explained by staff. The property was close to beach access and had chair and umbrella available for use. The pool was clean and maintained daily. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of appliances. Extra linens were available as needed. The house was clean and appeared well maintained. There was some left over items under the sofa from previous guests. We had a maintenance issue that was communicated on our first day of the stay but was not fixed before we left which was disappointing. The area is very humid so there were some mildew stains that were not pleasant to view but didn’t impact the use of the bathrooms.
