10% OFF SUMMER SPECIAL! Newly Decorated 2 Bed/2 Bath Gulf View Condo!

We are located at the Pelican Beach Resort in the Heart of Destin. Directly across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park. Enjoy all 4 Pools in our resort The newest Zero entry pool opened in 2021 located next the beach. Our condo is on the 8th floor in the Terrace Building with awesome views of the Gulf and Harbor. Our building is Beach side which means it does not sit directly on the beach. It is a short 3 minute walk across the parking lot to the sand. No streets or Bridges to cross. Read my reviews! You will not be disappointed!
We upgraded the living room in 2025 with a new sleeper sofa, chair and rug. Master bedroom furniture was new in 2024. Master Bathroom shower was made into a walk in Shower in 2024. We always strive to keep our place in great condition. We make sure that we spend time there at least 3-4 times a year to make sure that it stays nice for our renters.
We are Close to restaurants, the grocery store , and shopping. We are a short walk down the beach to the Back Porch Restaurant which sits right on the beach and has great food for the whole family. the Gulf Sports Bar is right next door with plenty of craft beers.

This is a great place to stay in Destin. The condo is conveniently located in the Pelican Beach Resort. It is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. The condo has two great bedrooms and is perfectly laid out for a family to enjoy time at the condo pool, resort pools and tiki bar, or grab a spot at the private beach.

Lovely resort

Highly recommend staying at this unit! The condominium and property were both lovely. The resort is convenient to beach, dining and shopping. Entry onto resort was not as smooth as expected; however, it was a small glitch and only happened the first time. Landlord was excellent at responding to questions!

Fantastic condo

The condo was perfect. It was in a great location that we were able to take a short walk to the beach or even call to get a golf cart to take us if we had too much to carry. Having an on-site restaurant and tiki bar was a huge hit with our family. We had a great time and would rent this condo again!

This property is simply beautiful! The views are amazing and the resort is clean and well kept. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was better then home. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. I would highly recommend staying in this unit!

Great place to enjoy vacation with the family!!

We joined 20 of our friends for the week who also stayed in the area. We weren't too far from the beach. The view was beautiful and the condo had plenty of room for our families comfort!! We are already planning for next year.

We fell in Love with the Pelican Beach Resort several years ago when we stayed in my Friends condo on the 7th floor. We decided to buy here in 2007 and we come down several times a year to make sure the condo is in great condition.The view is incredible and the property is well kept.
