Great Stay at Condo

My family and I loved staying at the condo. It was close to everything including the short (few minutes) walk to the beach. Beautiful views and really enjoyed the pool at the location.

4th of July Holiday Stay

This is a beautiful, well-maintained condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a wonderful view of the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would book this condo again. We did have some minor concerns during our stay. The floors throughout the condo seemed dirty, gritty and had hairs. Most of the bed linens as well as several of the bathroom fixtures had hairs as well. Finally, at least two of the televisions did not have working remotes. With that said, our host was wonderful and attentive. My concern here is that this clearly excellent owner is not getting the appropriate level of service from their cleaning crew.

Newbies to Destin

This was our first time vacationing in Destin. It did not disappoint! This condo offered spectacular views and private beach access to the ocean. The condo had everything you would need for a fun family vacation. Some beach accessories provided in the condo came in handy. Kitchen was well stocked for lite meal preps. The location was central to lots of desirable activities, restaurants and shopping. All questions asked of our on site contact were answered promptly. We loved our stay here, and hope to be back in the future!

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at this condo. The property for this stay was gated and had the most friendly gate guards. Check in was quick and easy and I was given all check in info well ahead of arrival by the owner. The condo is bright and beautiful. The balcony is amazing. The 3 bedrooms are all clean and beautiful and there is just so much space. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes and the ability to pre-book the beach set ups made it even more perfect. We walked up and gave our name and were walked to the beach chairs and umbrella. The beach was beautiful and clean. We definitely did not want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We made great memories with my 75 year old mom from Germany. She can’t stop talking about our time together.

The property is as very well maintained and the room specifically was very clean and organized. The only drawback was the staff for the beach chairs/umbrellas. This person was very combative when I approached him to assist us with a set up and used very unprofessional/foul language. Granted we did pick up some umbrellas and chairs as we were unfamiliar with the process but his reaction was a bit much considering he is in the hospitality business. To mention it one time is one thing, let us apologize and move on but to continue to harp on it every time we had to interact is ridiculous. Even as I went to pay for the space it was again brought up that “we can’t just grab his h!t”. There was no ill intent nor was there any attempt to not pay or rent the lounge furniture. Simply, we didn’t know the process. This was a 15-20 min interaction and certainly not something that ruined our stay as everything else was great but I feel it’s worth mentioning with it being the only “negative” feedback. I do not feel his behavior is a reflection of the host nor overall property. I would definitely book this location again. Thank you!

The view was fabulous. The bedroom furniture was comfortable. However, the living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable for a larger group. The hot tub at the Terrace property was luke warm at best most days…which the property owner had no control over. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions or inquiries.

A Great View.

The condominium was an excellent choice. It had a great view of the ocean and the surrounding Destin area from the tenth floor. We appreciated the clean, spacious rooms that provided luxury comfort. I recommend it to others considering vacationing in Destin.

This condo was the perfect size that we were looking for. This was the first time that we stayed in a condo. It was not right on the beach but definitely had beach views from the wrap around balcony. Everything was very comfortable and well decorated. We did have an issue with the temperature but contacted the owner and she took care of it immediately. Definitely recommend!

Nice but issues

The place was very nice and modern. On first day I accidentally dropped a soda, so it exploded all over the place. I looked for a mop and there was none to be found. I contacted host and she said there should be one, I told her no, then she said that she might of locked it in the locked closet and told me to clean up using towels. Also, on first night we noticed the masterbedroom tub was clogged, I contacted host again the next day and sent someone to fix it. Well, it didn't get fixed, I contacted her again, and said someone will go back, well they didn't until next day. At first she said that it must of been the sand from the beach. (we didn't go to the beach on first day, and maintenance guy said same thing) So the problem was there before we got there. So we went 3 days with a clogged tub.

Gorgeous!!

We have rented condos before but this one takes the cake! It is absolutely gorgeous. There was everything you needed from paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, Air fryer, shovels for the beach for the kids to play with, snorkeling stuff, an umbrella, and there were even some snacks in the pantry and some drinks in the fridge. Three bedroom, three full baths, and the washer and dryer was definitely a huge plus when coming back from the beach. There are definitely little touches on this condo that make it stand out more than any we’ve ever been to, but I’d have to say my favorite would be the LED lights out on the balcony. It gave such tranquility to the scenery. There was 24 hour security which was so nice especially when you wanted to walk down to the beach in the evening. Having to check in at the gate before you drive in is very comforting. The tiki hut bar at the pool was so nice. You could go to the beach, to the pool, & to the bar with ease. We will definitely stay at this property again.
