Mike was absolutely accommodating for the unfortunate hurricane that came during our stay. Mike gave us options to remain or cancel our trip and receive a refund. Very communicative. We had a wonderful experience… not ideal, but we made the best of it!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Emerald Grand. It was very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the harbor walk and the boat ride to the beach.

The host was amazing with ensuring he communicated with me through the entire process after the hurricane! The furniture in the house is well kept but there is no furniture on the balcony like displayed in the photos! We were told to grab some fold-up chairs from the closet! After communicating beforehand the balcony was important for us! We had a bug problem which they sprayed twice but it was too much money for that type of issue! Overall the location is wonderful!

We had an excellent stay for the 4th of July - condo was clean and comfy. Mr. Mike/host was very attentive when we had questions and responded in a timely manner. Everything we needed was right there in walking distance . We will definitely be booking the condo again in the future .

We had a great stay! We stayed here for my bachelorette it was 8 girls and we fit perfect, the view of crab island on the balcony we loved. The host was amazing and quick with any questions. And great Response time. The host was able to get us checked in earlier when we arrived which was huge for us. The Beds were so comfortable, we all agreed they were comfier than our beds at room! Location was perfect; we were able to walk to everything! Will be returning thank you for having us!

Hosts very responsive to questions.Check in /out easy. The condo was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The only downside I have is the master shower is quite small for such a large bathroom. Otherwise the place is great!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Extremely clean and stocked with anything a family might need and more. Everything we needed was within walking distance which was perfect since we didn't want to rent a car. The condo exceeded our expectations.
