We could not be happier with our stay! The resort is the place to stay--park, and walk to all restaurants, bars, shops, and activities (jet skiing, boats to Crab Island, etc.). We had no issue finding the lobby, checking in, or locating parking. We went in late July, too, which is prime tourist season, so it was busy, but not cruise ship chaos. The condo was GORGEOUS! It was spotless, has two full balconies, and views for miles. The seating areas were plentiful for my family of 4, but this would comfortably support 6. The beds and pillows were delightful, the bathrooms large and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. I do suggest bringing coffee filters, seasonings, and any ancillaries that you might enjoy. There is a Publix down the way, which is always easy shopping. The noise wasn't an issue for us as we are accustomed to city activity, but as others have said, we do recommend bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We are already planning to go back next year. The condo made our visit that much better! Wonderful communication and care!

The condo was very nice, spacious and clean. The views of the ocean off the deck were our favorite. Check in and out was very easy. It was super nice staying so close to the Harborwalk.

Location, Location, Location

This is a lovely condo in an amazing location. Convenient to all the fun on the Harborwalk. There was a lot of road noise, but bring your earplugs and you should be fine. The beds are very comfortable, and we all slept great. If you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing vacation with walks on the beach this is not the place for you. However, if you want to be convenient to lots of great restaurants and bars, as well as stuff for the kids to do this is the condo for you.

I was very hesitant to stay here because I wanted to stay where there was a beach in front of our hotel. This place proved me wrong- the beach shuttle is so simple and it was a game changer not having to lug beach chairs around! I actually prefer this over a beachfront hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough- the resort was amazing- there were so many amenities and activities and with the HarborWalk being right there- we barely left. The room itself was spacious and beautiful and we loved having two balconies- we loved being able to sit out there and watch the boats coming and going from Crab Island. Realjoy was amazing too, they were quick to answer questions. This has been an amazing stay and it was more than we could have hoped for.

My vacay

Our stay was amazing, the property was well kept and the apartment was simply breath taking. Home away from home, clean kitchen and bathrooms very spacious and comfortable and the location was great. We were right on the board walk and enjoyed live band and entertainment also a Mardi Gras parade at night. Our stay was bitter sweet cause we had to return to reality (work) right lol. If you looking for somewhere to stay definitely try this place out you are going to love it.

Beautiful Unit

The unit was absolutely beautiful and very clean and we had no issues with it except for the road noise. Not a huge issue, but if you like to relax on the balcony with your morning coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine, the noise from the cars below is a bit of a distractor. Otherwise it was a wondeful condo with great amenities and a great location if you like to take advantage of all that the harbor has to offer.

The condo itself is great, and so is Emerald Grande! There is easy access to restaurants, bars, and shopping. This property is not located on the beach. I knew that ahead of time. I did not like the limited access getting to and from the beach. Staying here means no beach sunrises or sunsets, as the shuttle only runs from 9-6. Also, there was no communication through VRBO from the property management. When I needed to resolve signing my rental agreement, I finally called the phone number sent to me through a text from them telling me the rental agreement had not been signed yet, instead of through VRBO. I also received a misinformed text from the management company about the beach being closed for 2 weeks. I asked about that by calling Emerald Grande directly, where they told me that was not true. I would stay again, but with different expectations.
