From the moment you enter this condo, the gulf views capture you. Every window gives unobstructed blue glimpses of the ocean. Details in every aspect of the interior has been thoughtfully planned to delight even the most conscientious and distinguished guest.

Since you have the best views available, dine in on the balcony or grill out downstairs. Whip up your favorites in the fully equipped, bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining table for 6 and island with counter stools.

Keep everyone entertained with the 55 inch ultra HD 4k television with soundbar and bluray in the living area while flat screen TVs in every bedroom.

Sleep in the lap of luxury in either two king comfy beds with memory foam toppers, luxury pure white cotton bed linens. Night owls may want to camp out on the queen sleeper sofa while the kids find their way to the twin beds upstairs in the childrens room. The downstairs king bedroom is private with all the essentials.. and full bath. The loft king bedroom is open to a full bath and children’s room with a door to create privacy, yet close enough for peace of mind. 🩵

Enjoy wifi, stackable washer and dryer, broom and mop, games, and books to curl up with inside or out!

When you arrive, you’ll notice the ease of parking close to your unit, a trolley for luggage and elevator for your convenience. Head to the top (3rd) floor, far west corner unit. With your personal code in hand, you will enter and prepare to be amazed!

Once settled in, grab a couple beach towels and head downstairs to get your toes in the sugar white sands and refresh yourself in the warm ocean spray. You are welcome to complementary beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) March-October, excluding tips. Additional chairs can be rented as needed.

Our neighborhood is super safe and friendly, in a less noisy and hectic environment…Crystal Sands condominium is perfectly nestled in the charming neighborhood of Crystal Beach. It’s surrounded by quaint restaurants, bike paths and lovely palm trees. It's blocks away to Destin Commons shopping mall, cinema and Publix. Just blocks away you can rent bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards.

Great location, quick access to the beach. Condo was clean, and enough room for my family. The drawbacks were the air conditioning didn’t keep up with the humidity and heat, sleeping at night was uncomfortable because of that, the unit also didn’t have any spices, coffee filters, bath soaps etc, we had to buy all that upon arrival. Sometimes it’s the small things that make a difference. Overall a good stay, mostly because of the location.

Wonderful Stay!

We’ve been vacationing in Destin for 15 years and this condo by far was our favorite. It was plenty spacious for 6 of us, even more so than the pictures depict. We were all able to have our own space as needed which was great. The kitchen was well stocked, although I would recommend bringing a Keurig if that’s your thing. The beach views and proximity were fantastic!! We were condo to toes in the sand in just a few minutes. And bonus, the beach is not overly crowded. They do a great job of spreading everyone out appropriately. We very much recommend this condo and look forward to booking again for a future trip.

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed & more. It was located in a great area with plenty of places to eat, shop or socialize. We were a group of 18 total, staying in 5 different condos. This 1 was the nicest of the 5. The owners were easy to contact with questions I had, before we arrived. Everything was just as it said. The beach towels were an unexpected, but great addition. We will definitely stay there again, if it is available the next time we visit Destin.

Christmas on the Beach!

Beautiful views! Amazing beach decor! Dishwasher was full of old water when we arrived that smelled! We turned it on and water went everywhere! One part of the sink was stopped up and also leaked water! The outside fire alarm also went off twice for no known reason! We were still able to prepare Christmas dinner, however we did spend a lot of time mopping water! Host was extremely nice!

We loved this beach condo. It had beautiful views, was well stocked, easy parking and access. We had plenty of dishes, towels and blankets. The owners even let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated. My only complaints- the air was set to 74 the day we arrived and since the unit is on the top floor, the upstairs was unbearable for the rest of the day/night until it finally cooled down. My bed wasn’t the most comfy but that could be personal preference. We also couldn’t find a pillow that was decent out of the 15 or so in the unit. There is also no bathtub in the unit, so be aware if you have small children. Luckily my 3 year old was okay taking his first shower and thought it was cool. I would gladly stay here again!

A First

First visit with our granddaughter who fell in love with the beach. Everything was wonderful with the condo; however, I do wish The elevator had worked. It was tough getting heavy items up & down to & from the third floor & hard on 60+ year old knees. Also why was the gate open to the public? We pay for a private beach and this was the second stay where this was not the case. A young man dressed in an inappropriate anatomical coatume was making the rounds. After a father told him that this was inappropriate for children there, he left without a fuss. This shouldn’t have happened at all.
