Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Crystal Dunes 306. Glad everything was top notch and that Camile’s coffee shop was a convenient, delicious find. I’m sorry the pedestrian gate wouldn’t work for you — we’ll report that to the HOA so it can be checked. We'll pass your feedback to our housekeeping team about the cleaning supply smell, and ask they consider milder or fragrance-free options for future cleanings. We appreciate the suggestion about higher thread-count linens. So glad you enjoyed Destin — we hope to host you again.
