Perfect spot with plenty of room

Everything was as expected. Great location. With four bedrooms we all had plenty of space. The place was very nice and comfortable and good amenities.

Spring break family vacation 3/8-3/15/2025

We have stayed at several beachfront vacation rentals over the years, and this one is our new favorite! The unit was so well decorated, clean, and roomy. There was enough space for all seven adults to have a comfortable stay. The hosts thought of so many nice details as well. The showers were stocked with full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and lotion as well as travel-sized toiletries. There was coffee for the first morning, travel-sized dish soap, trash bags, and salt and pepper shakers. They even had a nice collection of board games we played on the cooler nights. The well-maintained pool was heated during our stay, which was most welcoming on the cooler days! The premises were clean and safe. It was also convenient to have reserved parking spaces in the lower-level garage on rainy days. We are grateful to the hosts for the hospitality and letting us stay in their “slice of heaven”! We hope to return in the future!

Extended family get away

We had some issues with the washer and management replied immediately and ended up bringing in a whole new washing machine. I had other questions that were answered immediately. I never had to wait. I appreciate knowing they were always a text away. It made our stay so much more enjoyable!

Great Family Vacation

Everything positive about this unit. I would use again. Just two comments for the owner. The door to the master bathroom does not close. Upper hinge has a problem. I tightened it but did not have tools for permanent fix. The sliding balcony doors are reaching the point where a child or small person can not move the door. I had the same doors on a condo in the Turks that I sold last year. You need to find a door company, order the lower roller assemblies and replace them. I did that and a child could move the door after the repair. They are great doors but need maintenance. Otherwise the unit is great.

Beachfront Beauty

Spacious property with great in unit amenities. Pool was wonderful. Easy access with reserved umbrella and chairs to private beach area. Access to easy to use gas grills right near the pools was an added bonus. Close enough to hundreds of restaurants but did not feel crowded or chaotic. The patio is large with seating for the whole group at once. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, with Waterfront beach access. Beach chairs table and umbrella included, nice amenity. Condo was extremely well stocked with at least two of everything. Including a stock of at least 30 spices and a selection of cooking oils. Nice Fitness room and heated pool large enough to swim laps in. This condo is well worth every penny spent.

Excellent unit!

We absolutely loved the unit. It was super clean and very comfortable. Our only complaints, which would be out of the control of the owners, are that the close proximity to the pool means you constantly hear the gates slam, as well as people partying into the midnight hours while trying to enjoy the beautiful balcony. If lack of quiet time on the balcony isn't a dealbreaker for you, this unit will have everything you want. The full sized washer and dryer were a huge plus!

Great Spring Break with family

We love staying at Villa Coyaba. The accommodations are top notch, and the beach access is superb. We had wonderful service for beach chairs and umbrellas every day we couldn't ask for anything more. What a great place to stay and enjoy the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and more! We can't wait to go back. Not to mention Louisa, Nick and Mark make your stay easy and enjoyable.

This was a wonderful unit. The master bedroom bed was awesome. I do think the living room furniture could use a little clean up. But overall it was a great unit. We loved our stay and hope to return next year. Maybe for even longer.

Very Good

Excellent!

Our 4pm check-in was on time. Condo was very clean. Only 2 issue were the WI-FI was very slow and the stove top burners knobs hard to figure out the heat settings. The ocean view from the condo is amazing. Definitely will be coming back to this unit in the near future.

Perfect location! Great condo!

This condo is perfect for the beach goer and pool goer. We loved being close but not too close to the Destin harbor (15 minute drive with little traffic). It is family friendly place. Even though spring break is very crowded, we always were able to get a pool side chair.....the maintenance staff was also very quick to tend to a minor problem With our stove top!
