We had a great time. Wonderful location right on the beach with an amazing view of the emerald water. This corner unit had a nice-sized balcony, bigger than non-corner units. The condo is remodeled, roomy, clean, comfortable beds, comfortable couch - overall great accommodations. The common area trash chute is a nice amenity. The host was responsive to all questions. Would highly recommend and come back.

This is the most perfect place to stay! We loved the corner unit, loved that it was on the 2nd floor, and loved that it was just steps from the beach! The unit was so beautiful, had everything we needed plus some. Very well stocked! The beds are comfortable, the balcony was amazing. We had 7 people in our group, from kids to adults, and we had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The host was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. We will be back! Highly recommend staying here!!

Property was described exactly …very clean and great location. A few things need attention: deck furniture a little wobbly just needs screws tightened.Queen Mattress needs replaced (like a canoe) but it was manageable. Ice maker didn’t work but a Mtc man was there to look at it immediately. All in all a great piece place to stay!

Just got back from our trip in Destin at this wonderful condo with our family. This condo is exactly like the pictures on the website. It looks like an interior decorator did a tremendous job with this space. It was set up beautifully set up with a nice sized kitchen and big countertop with the right amount of space for everyone to hang out in the living room, 4 person nook, and perfect dining room table. The wrap around balcony was used extensively and the wrap around windows in a corner condo room with oceans views is definitely worth extra cost. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all excellent with very good bedding. This 2nd floor room is very easy to get to and trash chute is close. The pool is small, but never crowed. Small intimate property has close secure parking. The host and condo is top notch. I highly recommend this upper class condo with great views of the sugar white sands of Destin.

Great location. Easy beach access. Lots of room. Very clean. Pool is basic but was heated and kids enjoyed it. Balcony was great, beautiful view. Restaurants, supermarket, and stores all within a mile.

This condo is beautiful and in a great location. It was very clean and the beds were also comfortable. Loved that they provided liquid hand soap at every sink for washing your hands. Most places just give the little bar soap so I thought it was a nice touch. It’s also conveniently located next to the stairs and walkway to the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and seeing dolphins in the morning. The balcony could possibly use one more chair to accommodate 6 people but not really a big deal. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Ok must admit we were two older couples (sixties)staying at this condo. By now we know what we like. Everything and I do mean everything was picture perfect. The view was amazing! Corner condos are the best. Renting the beach chairs gets to be a little pricey, however, I know some people buy a few chairs for the week and save money that way. We liked the convenience of having our chairs and umbrella set up each day. Really easy. Communication with Chris was great as we did need him on the night we first arrived. We were taken care of immediately. We were told at the onset what was going to be available at the condo and they were not kidding. We have stayed at many a VRBO over the years and a little coffee for the first morning would have been appreciated rather than a “Koozie” in the welcome basket. All in all, a really great condo. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Destin! The view from the unit was absolutely breathtaking—overlooking the sparkling ocean with picture-perfect sunsets every evening. All we had to do was walk out of the building, and we were standing right on the beach—it doesn’t get more convenient than that!The condo was spotless—all the bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and well-maintained. The decor was modern with the perfect beachy vibe, making it feel like a true escape. One of my favorite details? Full-length mirrors in every closet—such a great touch for fashion lovers!The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants and shopping centers. Chris was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and super informative.We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Destin!
