On- trend laminate plank wood floors; coastal-inspired art; a stash of games and puzzles; top of the line linens and drapes plus a modern kitchen filled with cookware come together to create a harmonious getaway. A sprawling pool deck, tennis courts, deeded beach access, numbered parking, personal laundry in each unit and high-speed elevators. During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Other holidays rent for a 4 night minimum. All other times, this condo rents nightly. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
