Walk out onto your own private beach!
Our property is located on the oceanfront, quiet, private, snow-white sands of Crystal Beach. You will enjoy complimentary daily beach chair & umbrella service setup! March through October. We provide additional portable folding beach chairs and umbrellas year round. This is a private beach, NO one can set up their beach chairs behind or on either side of you. We own the entire beach area from the deck to the waterline! Enjoy our beach-side decks, grill, swimming pool, WiFi and soaker tub in the primary suite. The 3 levels with decks and balconies on each floor provide the ultimate family privacy. This west end property has amazing sunrises and sunset views, plus allows you to enjoy the view of the crystal clear water and snow-white sand beach! It’s perfect for family vacations, reunions, getaways, and a child-friendly environment. As the owners, we fell in love with this property not only for it’s beachfront access and amazing sunset views but because of the 1st floor that can be used as a studio apartment to make it another rental property or used as a 4th bedroom because of the closet, TV, dresser, an "en suite" bathroom, kitchenette, a queen sofa sleeper, a full-size ice machine, with floor to ceiling windows, a door that leads outside on the back deck to go down to the beach and an inside privacy door that closes off the room. When that door is closed, there is a separate door in the hallway which leads outside to the back deck and down to the beach that can be used to "not" disturb the guests in that bedroom. We can accommodate up to 11 people making this property a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beachfront rental in Destin as described in each photo. Garage not included, but you can park in front of it. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion in all the bathrooms. There are outside security cameras in the front and the back of the unit for your protection and the protection of the property. There is No noise decibel monitors. Please Do No tamper with or disable. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish and dish-washer soap and laundry soap, trash bags and additional cleaning supplies for our guests to use just during their stay. Plus, we have spices, sugar, flour, cooking oil & most everything you need to cook with. Sorry no condiments. (PLEASE NO PETS ALLOWED/ NO SMOKING

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
10am Check-Out 1. Please Text Me the night before 281-808-1686 when you know what time you are departing, so I can let Tara know. 2. Please help us to start a load of beach towels and put in dryer.
3. Rinse off sand from chairs & beach toys and stack neatly by grill & in storage bin. Please turn off propane on grill & wipe down. 4. Replace items that had been moved from its’ original location.
5. Remove linens (not mattress pads) w/dirty towels and place in front of washer. 6. Remove and take any food from cupboards, refrigerators and freezers, please leave items that were already there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This rental was absolutely beautiful. The best part was the private beach right outside our house. The beaches were beautiful. The deck was a great place to sit and watch the ocean. My family had a wonderful time.

Excellent Despite the 7” of snow!

Great property, great owners and a great time despite the record setting snow. We took pictures for the owner and appreciate her attentiveness and friendliness. Hopefully next year it will be warmer.

Extraordinary beach townhouse

This is the best VRBO that we have ever stayed at. Christine was an amazing host who provided everything you could ask for and more. This location can’t be beat for a relaxing family vacation that is close to a ton of restaurants shopping and of course the beach. We vacationed with our adult children, and there was plenty of room for us to all spread out and find a place to chill after a busy day running around the Destin area. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would!!!

Great location, superior host and everything you need!

This townhome is perfectly located in a quieter part of Destin. The host is very responsive to all questions/concerns. The best thing is that so many items that normally wouldn't be part of a rental are included. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Everything you need to enjoy your time in Destin is provided.

What a great property! We enjoyed everything about our stay. It seems that you thought of every little thing that we would need to make us feel right at home. Our intention for this trip was to relax and enjoy the beach and we did just that. The views of the sunset from the second story deck were spectacular. Absolutely Beautiful!

This property was absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The items that were supplied; tooth brushes, razors, shampoo, condiments, makeup remover, I could go on and on was over the top. You felt like you were staying in a friends home. Our flight arrived early and the host did not hesitate to allow us early access. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality rental that has something to offer all ages. The host goes above and beyond !

Slice of heaven

We can't get over what a wonderful home you have. Everything - from the perfect location, the amazing attention to detail, to the very thoughtful items left for us to use and the beautiful decor throughout - made this trip one of our most favorite family vacations ever. Wonderful location, amenities, and LOCATION. This was really a fantastic family property and had ALL we could ask for and need (espresso machine maybe??? JK) Truly thank you for sharing your home with our family. We would not hesitate for a second to not stay here again in the future if we ever return. Note NO hot tub but the tub offers a better private version and NO kids ;)

Best stay in Florida!

We have always gone to pcb but the last time we booked there it was a disaster. The property was not as described. We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay in Destin. The property was in the perfect place. Very beautiful. The only not really problem was that we had basically a family reunion next two town homes over and they took over the deck. The property was so private for everyone in our group. The studio on the first floor was great for a newly engaged couple. The access to paddle boards really was great! We walked to Camille’s every day which is great! You really are in a very central spot. Check in was so easy. We will return.

Absolutely in love with Crystal Beach and this fantastic ocean front beach house. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room for our group of 8. The private beach with included daily umbrella & chair set up was absolutely perfect. I watched the chair rental company ask people who didn't belong to leave the private beach area!! Having access to the Kayak's & Paddle Boards made beach play even more fun!!! Oh, and each bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, EVEN LOTION!! Beach towel and chairs provided as well -- all in great condition! Nice welcome gift which I used EVERY ITEM. The Dodson's were fantastic with all our requests/communications. We did the fishing excursion they recommended in the welcome letter and it was PERFECTION!!! We rented golf cart and scooters right down the street and had a great time tooling around Crystal Beach and beyond! Really fantastic location -- 5 minutes or less to great shopping, including grocery -- all accessible by golf cart! DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I WILL BE BACK!!

We love our 3 decks all with ocean views, and having the corner unit is awesome! We have all the windows needed to see the beautiful sunsets!
