(beware of places that advertise beach FRONT they could be across the street with a beach view/ Beach front can mean nothing is blocking the view but it may not mean ON the beach. WE are on the beach built on the sand. You cannot get any closer to the water unless you are on a boat!
Also beware of PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS= which means there is a private gate to a beach that could be a public beach- that only means the access is private not necessarily is the beach private it could be public. Majority of places that do have a private beach they still share it with a whole complex so you re still fighting for sand with those in the whole complex. We own our beach down to where the public walks along the water. Each home owns it own beach like a backyard. We respect each neighbors beach staying within our boundaries of our beach/yard like you would any homes private backyard except our is a beach).

To not have to pack up all of your stuff for the day to go to the beach, or drag it across a street or down an elevator is spoiling.
THE BEACH IS YOUR OWN PRIVATE BACK YARD!

Walk out of the beach level onto the oversize private beach deck just for you and your guests.
You will love the beach level deck which is super super big 20 feet by 30 feet in size with a covered area where you can grill and dine at the big square table that handles up to 16 people or sit in the sitting area just watching the Gulf roll in or go and lounge in the sun in the lounge chairs in the uncovered area while watching the water sparkle in the sunshine.

You will be even more spoiled to wake up in the morning and step out onto any of the three decks in this home where you can be in your jammies drinking coffee watching the dolphins go by. Yes, the Dolphins swim by very close to sure almost daily depending on weather and waves.

Late in the evening sitting on the deck under the stars with the moon glowing off of the water having a glass of wine. Being built on the sand you feel as though you are on the beach. We have been known to take sand chairs late at night down to the edge of the water visiting with our guests until the we hours of the morning.
This is the ease of stepping right off of your beach deck onto your beach.

Or step out of the master bedroom onto the private master deck overlooking the white powdery sand and emerald green water. A nice outdoor space for those staying in the master bedroom.

THE BEACH HOME:
You will love this unique extra wide 3 story townhome! The views from every floor including from your bed pillow of the master bedroom. This home is unique because of being double the width of most town homes it feels like a house being almost 3000 sq. ft. and extra wide.

There is so much space for everyone to enjoy. From the 2 fully equipped kitchens with Kuerigs & 2 living rooms. To having 2 master bedrooms on the top floor, and two bedrooms on the beach level- great for multiple families or for teenagers to have their own space.

You will love the spectacular views and the open feeling in this home that even when you are indoors you still feel like you are on the beach.

2 living areas. 2 Fully equipped kitchens main level and beach level. Large master open your eyes in bed and see the beach / gulf. 2 master bedrooms each have a private full bath.

Park in front of this home in the two designated spaces (holding two cars each =4 cars total) and walk right into the Main level which has gigantic open living area with a kitchen and dining area and a full bath laundry area. Step outside onto the middle/main floor deck to enjoy the sunset or sunrise or watch the dolphins swim by. while over looking the beach and the Gulf.

You can head on down to the beach level via the interior open staircase or down the exterior steps from the middle main deck to the beach deck. We find having both sets of steps is handy when people are sleeping downstairs and you want to access the beach deck the exterior steps gives your guests staying on the beach level privacy.

The Beach level has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is a bunk room with two queen sized beds. The other also has cstom bunks with a king on the bottom with extra head space to make it comfortable for a couple to use this room if they are not going to use the Queen bed above. You will love the unique design of this full bath right outside of the 2 bedrooms with a large custom walk in shower. The open living room and kitchen are on the beachside of this home facing
with beach views. This fully equipped kitchen is great for the ease of cooking meals while grilling on the oversized beach deck and for beach snacks and drinks. The ease of walking right out of the beach level onto the beach deck again is spoiling. This level is great for the elderly to sleep, live and have access to the beach deck because once you are on this level there are no stairs to access the beach deck- one level indoor and outdoor living.

THINGS TO DO:
You will love the area this home is in away from high rises and the craziness of the congested downtown Destin. While still having fun things to do within walking distance.
Walk to 4 restaurants and beach bars-Captain Dave's, The Crab Trap, Kenny D's and Pampano Joe's or to a beach shop right next to Pampano Joe's.
rent Seadoos, Rent a pontoon for the day or go on a dolphin excursion, deep sea fishing, and lots of golf courses. Take a sunset cruise or go on floating Tiki hut. Rent a boat and go to crab island for an afternoon where they have floating playgrounds, floating restaurants, with crystal clear water that is low enough that people stand in the water playing frisbee with other boaters.
Hire a Chef to come and cook a dinner just for you and your guests.
Or have our mobile masseuse come to the house to do massages on one of our decks or in a private room.
Have a beach party, Hire Kenny of Kenny D's they will cater to you and your guests right on the beach!
Set up your own folding table and folding chairs and do a dinner on the beach with your feet in the sand! Set up battery operated torches. This is always an amazing memory to have.
During season there are many beach activities. Just walk 5 minutes to the public beach where you can do banana boat rides, parasailing, take surf lesson or sand castle building lessons and so much more.
Nearby is a lot of shopping from the outlets to the commons, Movie theater, bowling and more.
We have an aquarium, amusement parks, water parks and Fudpuckers is great for kids where you can not only go and see a bunch of alligators but you can hold a baby alligator.
There are often music festivals, art festivals, light shows, fireworks and wine festivals.
Go on a helicopter ride over the Gulf and along the shore line.
Always fun to go to Baytown or Harbor town with lots of fun things to do there. There is have roof top bar down the street at Henderson where you can watch the sunset or you can go to the rooftop bar and pool at Effies which is something to see as well and watch the sunset.
On our street within a mile or two are 7 beach front restaurants and bars.
Rent a bike, scooter, golf cart or dune buggy.
I could go on and on with all of the things that there is to do.

But for those who just want to relax there is nothing like spending a day on your own exclusive slice of white powdery sand with the Gulf breeze blowing through your hair, the sunshine kissing your skin and the sound of the clear emerald green water rolling in.

4 TV's (both master bedrooms and both living rooms) Free WiFi.
We provide bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, 4 beach chairs are on the beach deck for your use on the beach along with 1 beach umbrella. Beach service is available if you want to rent a beach set up. We provide a starters for bathrooms and kitchens. Guests supply all of their own kitchen paper goods, garbage bags, zip locks aluminum foil , bathroom personal items and toilet paper.
