House was as described. Just a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive. We had a door handle that broke and they sent someone out the same day. Only thing I would change is some of the yard. Lots of dry, rough, straw like material. Made it difficult for my dog to walk on to potty. But, we made it work by taking him for walks!

House was great and accommodating. Perfect location. Host was very responsive. House needs some TLC. Advertises sleeps 20 people and has 8 bedrooms. Only has 6 bedrooms and a closet with bunk beds. Might be able to sleep 20 if u fill every sofa bed. Definitely needs more bathrooms. Outdoor shower didn’t work. But I would stay there again! (But with no more than 12 people!)

The hosts were great. Any issues we had were addressed beyond our expectations. The would only say to future renters of this particular property, if your dogs are under 30 lbs they will probably fit through the fence around the front and its not completely fenced on the side. There are plenty of options to walk them on a leash otherwise.

Overall we had a wonderful week. The cleaners were still there when we arrived. After 15 hours of travel we were just ready to unload and settle in. They were very kind and let us use the restroom. Hosts were prompt on responding. Had a couple minor things happen during the week, but nothing major and again the host was wonderful and prompt! Would definitely recommend and be willing to stay here again!

The house was an excellent fit for our extended family. It’s large and has many nice features. The teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the game room. Also, the house is very close to the beach. However, the hallway bunk beds need to be clarified as only suitable for young children. Another problem was the height of the dryer controls. Several of the adult women could not reach them. Despite these minor issues, the house worked out very well for our family.
