Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear the pull-out bed wasn’t what you expected. We’ll take a closer look at how this is presented in the listing to make sure it’s as clear as possible for future guests, and we’ll also review the mattresses for potential updates. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for an even more comfortable stay next time!

It sounds like you really made the most of everything—from the views to the little extras like the wet bar and mini fridge 😊 We’re especially glad the elevator made things easier (those arrival and departure days can be a lot!), and that the location worked out perfectly for both the beach and the pool. And hearing that this is your favorite week of the year? That means the world to us. It was a pleasure having you, and we’d absolutely love to welcome you back anytime. Thanks again for choosing our home!

Hi Deanna, Thank you so much for your 5 star review! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. We hope to see you again in the near future! - DestinLuxuryBeachRentals

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad your group enjoyed the spacious layout, game room, private beach access, and well-equipped kitchen. We appreciate your comments regarding the home's condition and amenities and are continually working to make improvements. We also apologize for the ice maker issue and were happy to provide ice during your stay. For future guests, please note that beach equipment rules, including restrictions on tents and personal umbrellas, are established and enforced by the HOA and beach service provider, not the property owner. Thank you again for staying with us.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed your time at the home overall, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the elevator issue. As soon as we were informed that it had stopped working on the third day, we contacted the vendor right away. Unfortunately, the earliest they could come out was Friday. While this was beyond our control, the elevator has since been fully repaired and is now functioning properly. We know how important this feature is for families, and we take situations like this very seriously. We always strive to ensure everything is in top condition, and we genuinely regret the inconvenience during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future under smoother circumstances.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so happy to hear you had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the amenities and surroundings.
