The NEWLY renovated kitchen features Stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops and a modern gourmet kitchen complete with five burner gas stove with griddle and double door refrigerator. The whitewashed plank dining room table seats ten with plenty of seating for guests, while barstools provide four additional seats at the adjacent bar – and additional porch high top tables accommodate those that want to enjoy dining outside with beach breezes and peeking through to the views of the Gulf!

This home is a one minute stroll to the turquoise waters and sugar white sands! The Crystal Beach community offers beautiful beach access and superb location close to the heart of Destin Commons between the Destin Harbor and Sandestin.

The first floor features three king suites, each with a private bathroom, large flat screen television, and oversized closets. The elevator allows easy access for all guests to enjoy any of the three floors. Overlooking the 16' X 12' pool on the second floor is a balcony where two comfortable chairs await.

The large living room complete with a Smart 60 inch flat screen television, Bose surround sound audio system, Blue Ray player and a sound bar are perfect for a family movie or game day. Sleeping accommodations on the second floor includes a King bed with private bathroom, large flat smart screen television and Blue Ray player. There is also a half bath on this floor for guests.

The master suite is on the third floor and features a tray ceiling, king sized bed, 55 inch flat screen Smart television, oversized walk in closet, and private master bath with large tub and stand up shower. The balcony from the master suite provides seating with a view of the Gulf and is a quiet getaway for watching the sunset over Henderson Park in the distance. The second bedroom has a twin over full with a twin slide out bunk, and also has access to the gulf view balcony. House Layout:

POOL HEAT-The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $60/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. **Please note that this home has an overflow spa. That means that the spa is built into the pool, sharing the heating elements, circulation and filtration system. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool would also have to be heated.

* Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size. Driveway is 46' x 20'. Guests are not allowed to block the sidewalks. On street Parking is strictly prohibited by the HOA. Off site parking is available for an additional fee.
