The wide-open first floor living area includes: 10’ ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, dining for up to 16, and looks out on the beautiful pool and patio area. Downstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed and their own bathrooms.

Moving up to the second level you will find a relaxing area at the top of the stairs, loaded with kid's games, a TV, and queen sleeper. This floor also has 2 bedrooms and a bunk room, each with their own full bathrooms. Continue to the third floor and enjoy the living area destined to be a great hang out for all ages. This area includes a couch/daybed, TV and a pub table-perfect for games. Look out from the third-floor balcony onto the commons area below. In addition, find 2 more bedrooms on the third floor with a jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have their own televisions, as well as TV's in all living areas.

For disclosure purposes, this home does have a security camera that covers the front door and another security camera that covers the pool and parking area.
