Perfect home for a girls trip weekend! We had 10 friends flying in for an annual get together and the location was great - within 30 minutes from VPS. We had a chef in for a lovely dinner at the house, spent a morning walking to and on the beach near by and spent an afternoon hanging by the pool and hot tub. The communication before our stay was wonderful- updates with the link to the online guest book with all the details provided. We didn't have any kids with us but it was a very kid friendly home with a basement full of games. Would highly recommend this home and stay again.

The house is amazing! Plenty of room and the bottom floor game room is perfect for all ages. The location is fantastic and very short walk to the beach.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home!!

We could not have asked for a better place to accommodate our entire three generations of family! The house is super spacious and has something for everyone! From the pool, spa, private beach, game room, relaxing patios… so much more…no matter the weather, everyone was happy!!Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us!!!

Golf Trip

This house was great for our golf group. Lots of course options in the area and the beach is so close and easy to access. All the neighbors were friendly as well.

great vacation home

enjoyed my stay here! nothing beats being only a short walk from the private beach. the house is beautiful and spacious with all the accommodations you'll need. having a pool and hot tub was a huge bonus as well as the provided beach wagon and toys/games in the house. Tari was very helpful and made sure to address and fix a couple small issues we ran into. would stay here again!

Annual Family Beach Vacation

This was a wonderful home the owner is completely tentative to any and all request/needs. We had a total of 14 people and this house could've held more the pool was amazing the walk to the beach was so easy and the neighborhood was great we felt very safe and comfortable there. Tari is an awesome host and would love to come back to this home.

Excellent spot for family vacations

It is a wonderful house to unwind in Destin and enjoy your time off. We adored the location and the easy beach access. The entertainment spaces within the house are fantastic. However, the house requires some improvements, including better lighting around the pool area. Additionally, the sofa beds are in poor condition and the cleaning services need enhancement before guests' arrival. On a positive note, communication with the host was excellent. Although we would consider staying there again, we'd avoid using the sofa beds for sleeping next time.

Great Family Vacation @ Sandprint Cinema

We had a very fun week at the house and loved the location. Being so close to the beach was amazing! The house was clean and spacious. The pool and lower level were a blast too! That said, we were disappointed by a few things. The light sleepers in our group had trouble with full sun at 6 am. We also saw several cockroaches on the back patio at night and a few in the house as well. Water pools on the back patio, but overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property

Our stay was more than a month and we enjoyed all of it with few exceptions. Tary communicated when needed. The property was thoroughly appointed-blender, beach towels-everything needed for our stay. And heated pool and hot tub were our refuge during weather cold snap. Our stay was during low season and so the beach wasn’t crowded, and that was awesome. On the other hand there was lots of renovation going on at the time all over the neighborhood. And when the neighbor’s project interrupted our water supply we were told by Tary to solicit the workers for our water needs and to make decisions for worker access to our rental property. Also it’s important to know there was working cameras pointed at our rental back yard area (pool, hot tub, kitchen window). I didn’t research who owned the property with the cameras, but was told during discussions with contractors that it was also owned by Tary. Other than those two issues-temporary loss of water access and expectation we should resolve it, cameras above our rental back yard-the property and management were excellent. Beautiful stay!

Great family vacation

First, thank you to Tari for being flexible on the time we were able to get into the house (slightly earlier than 4pm). This really helped on getting our family from the airport after loading our cars full of supplies at the house. The home was spectacular. It was everything we could have imagined and everyone was truly comfortable. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was so easy. The only issue we had was the pool was cleaned on Wednesday at noon and we were waiting to go into the pool. we went into the pool after being cleaned etc and I think we should have been warned to wait a while before we got into the pool. Our four year old grandson had a few issues with his eyes after being in the pool after cleaning, a couple of bathing suits changed colors and my silver jewelry turned black (from the clorine???). I think that cleaning may have been done at another time other than at mid day when we were wanting to get into the pool (and were not warned to wait a while). The only other issue with kids was that there was not a bathtub for kids, other than our bathroom, which we were able to get though. All in all, it was a great vacation for my family of 9 (three kids-- ages 4 and two under age one). The only other thing I would recommend is to bring your own towels (both beach and bath). We all had a wonderful time!! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home for a great family vacation!!!! All in all, it was perfect! Thank you so much!

Excellent location. Beautiful house. Nearly perfect.

Overall, fantastic. Seriously nice house. So much good to say about this house!!! A few minor changes would make it perfect. I would like to offer some constructive criticism and point out areas that need improving: 1. Somewhat difficult to figure out how to work stove and microwave. Written instructions would have been helpful. 2. Label all light switches. 3. Pots , pans, and chef knives in kitchen need replacing! Most Teflon ones are scratched and marred and do not work as non stick. We could not find a skillet sufficient to use to make pancakes and we tried multiple skillets, butter, and oil. Knives so dull can barely cut through anything. Scissors included with the block of knives do not cut anything. 4. Electric can opener does not open cans. 5. Need more dinner and salad forks. We ran out often with 14 people there and had to hand wash used ones to have enough needed. 6. Ceiling fan in master bedroom either doesn’t work or the remote is broken or needs a new battery. 7. Neither fireplace worked for us. Perhaps we did t know how to use them as there were no instructions. Also, may have been turned off for renters? 8. Heated Pool was not very warm. We couldn’t really get in it was so cold to us. The two youngest grandsons got in for a short while before retreating to the hot tub. 9. Extra blankets for the sofa beds would have been nice. Only had sheets provided for them. 10. No drain stoppers available in kitchen sink, so water shot up out of the drain in the small sink when garbage disposal was used. 11. Portable Beach chairs for our use would have been appreciated. Please accept my comments for improvement in a,spirit of kindness and concern to make future renters more satisfied during their stay at Sandprint Cinema. Warmest Regards, Mary Ortego

This house was the perfect house for our annual girls trip! We had 17 ladies in this house with plenty of room to move about the house!! Bedrooms were very nice and beds comfortable! Having access to extra beach towels and beach chairs was also a plus!!! Host response should get 10 stars because they were phenomenal!!! The minute I hit send, it seemed like a response was right to me!!! You won’t regret booking this property!!!

Great house that is close to the beach.

Everyone enjoyed the stay. Pool andHot tub were nice. Plenty of room in the basement to setup our VR headset when it rained outside. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Nice private pool and hot tub. I do wish all bathrooms had better privacy curtains in the windows. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. The week flew by. Wish we had more time. This was an absolutely beautiful home. We had a few issues but the response was top notch and everything attended to quickly. We did make a list of a few things needing to be fixed within the home as there is no way of the owner to know these things unless shared. She was very responsive and we will definitely book with them again! Beautiful gated community and just steps to the beach! Loved it!

Perfect beach house & location

Beach Family Fun

The house was wonderful and perfect for our multi generational family… grand parents, 3 siblings and their spouses and the 9 grandchildren. House was well equipped for what we needed. Everything was in working order except one basement door to the pool area with a loose latch, making sure we shut it well was important. Easy walk to beach and easy walk to The Pancake house and ice cream store. The host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. This was our first time to use any VRBO but our 3 grown children and spouses have often used the service. If all hosts are as responsive as this one, we will use again.
