Around the corner, the elevator can be accessed, for zero step access to the kitchen and dining area of the second floor, and the master bedroom on the third floor.
8. ELEVATOR: The elevator reaches all three levels and allows access for those with mobility impairment. The elevator is suitable for 1-2 people standing, or a small wheelchair, but does NOT fit a full-size wheelchair. Please note that parts of the second and third floors do require going up or down 2-4 steps to access, even when using the elevator.

7. ZERO STEP ENTRY: A gentle ramp leads from the front driveway to the first-floor entrance, without any steps, through a 36" doorway. Down the hall to the right, the two first floor bedrooms, with 32" doorways, can be reached directly. Around the corner, the elevator can be accessed, for zero step access to the kitchen and dining area of the second floor, and the master bedroom on the third floor.
8. ELEVATOR: The elevator reaches all three levels and allows access for those with mobility impairment. The elevator is suitable for 1-2 people standing, or a small wheelchair, but does NOT fit a full-size wheelchair. Please note that parts of the second and third floors do require going up or down 2-4 steps to access, even when using the elevator.
