This was the perfect beach house for my big family (15). Everyone had their own beds and plenty of bathrooms! With traveling with 15 people there was plenty of room to space out. We also loved the pool/hot tub! It was nice that the golf cart came with it as well.

Incredible home on an amazing, peaceful street in a beautiful neighborhood. Surprisingly quiet outside. Very short walk to the beach. Pool was fantastic. Many restaurants/shops are available with a quick golf cart ride. Owners were quick to respond and polite. Home was fresh and clean. I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Property was perfect for our stay. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Cleanest water and beach we’ve seen in Florida was only about a one block walk. Hosts made a golf cart available and we utilized it to access shopping and restaurants. Overall excellent stay!

The property was great for our family. We brought our kids and grandkids, and had a great time. It’s a quick walk to the beach, and also has the benefit of the private pool and hot tub. The kids loved it! (Ps - we paid the extra for heating the pool and hot tub, and it was worth it!)

We had a wonderful time on our annual trip. House was clean, plenty of room for all our quests. Nice size kitchen with everything we needed. Close walk to the beach, appreciated the complimentary gold cart and umbrella and chair rental!! paid extra to have the pool heated, some choose to hang out at the pool - close enough to the beach to go back and forth. Highly recommend this home.

We had a large family gathering in Destin with 9 adults and 1 child. Everything went smoothly and there were zero issues with the house or the amenities. The 202-page house manual had everything in it you could ever ask or want to know. We had one minor glitch when power went out from FP&L for just over 4 hours. My family thoroughly enjoyed their time and now they want to do this again!!! Thanks Robert and Kourtney for a fabulous A vacation.
