Ready to feel the ocean breeze and experience a coastal getaway like no other? Stay at Pelican Pointe in the private beach community of Destin Pointe. This designer four-story home is seated on one of the best lots on Holiday Isle! You'll love the professionally decorated interior, with boasts vaulted wood ceilings, hardwood floors, and beautiful Gulf views from the second-floor living room and bright open kitchen that even the best chefs dream of cooking in. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator, custom cabinets, counter seating, and a dining table for ten allows for the perfect home-cooked meal after a long day of adventure. In the center closet in the garage, you will find an additional refrigerator and freezer for any large grocery hauls you and your guests make. An outdoor shower, six beach chairs, and a fun game of cornhole are also located in this center closet. This home can sleep up to 14 guests with five cozy bedrooms, including rooms with en suite baths, private balconies, and spectacular views. On the main floor, you will find three bedrooms with king-size beds. You will find the other two bedrooms on the home's third floor, one with a King bed and a twin with a twin trundle bed. The final bedroom will have two queen-size beds and a queen trundle bed. This stunning abode is wheelchair accessible with an in-home elevator that can take you to every floor except the 3rd floor. Just steps from the private beach access and resort-style pools, there is no better feeling than hearing and seeing the ocean while relaxing in the comfort of your private balcony.
