This nonsmoking, pet free, two bedroom two bath condo is the perfect place for all beach lovers and sun seekers. We have furnished this condo with you in mind. The condo is freshly painted and has new tile in the entry way and kitchen, new carpet in living rooms and bedrooms and high end new furniture. There are flat screen HDTVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and modern. The living and dining rooms have floor to ceiling windows to maximize viewing. Our furniture is comfy and colorful. The master bedroom has a king, the guest room has two double beds, and there is a pull out sofa sleeper couch.We also have Pack N Play for the little ones. The kitchen is completely furnished.The two bathrooms have granite counter tops and new tile floors. We have WIFI, movies for rainy days and even a lending library for all you readers out there. There are also tons of games for all ages. Our laundry facility is just outside our front door. We have beautiful tennis and pickleball courts and a beach volley ball area. Located near the pool and club house are grills, and a preparations area and a table for relaxing while you make all those yummy burgers and fresh seafood. While we don’t have an ocean view, we are 200 steps to the sand. We have a private gate with stairs leading to the beach. If there is something special that you need, just let us know and we will try to make it happen.
Be sure to ask us about our snowbird monthly discounts. Please note, there is a $10 a day resort fee, not to exceed $100, payable closer to your arrival. I cannot collect this through this website, but by a third-party. I will contact you to discuss payment options.

Our reaction to the property

While we are not upset, we feel that the photos on the VRBO site were misleading, giving us an impression that there might be a view of the water. Rather, we had a view of the parking lot. The bedroom furnishings were very nice. However, the living/dining room area were dated, with the large sofa cushions were in poor repair. Regardless, our stay was most pleasant. Thank you!

I can only say good things about our stay! The owners were always easy to communicate with, they provided everything you need (that you don't even think about when packing), and the location is within walking distance to the beach.

Great stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here for five days. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and having the pool was perfect for days we couldn't get in the ocean. We loved the quiet building and neighborhood vs staying at a large crowded hotel/resort. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place, great experience!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Jane and Deb’s condo. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked, and conveniently located across the street from the beach and near attractions, restaurants, etc. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, with excellent information provided along the way. Florida getaway near the ocean

Like home away from home. Close to waterfront restaurants. Hostesses readily available, and left lots of suggestions on what to do while in Destin. We would return.

We loved our stay. My husband, myself and 2 adult children had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Check in and commication with the owners went without a hitch. The best part was proximity to the beach. It was about a 90 second walk to the beautiful, private beach with white sand and the gorgeous emerald water of the Gulf. The beach is very clean and family friendly. It's a great spot to decompress. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo - it is a perfect size for a family of 4, and in a perfect location just across the street from the beautiful beach and within walking distance to restaurants. It was quiet and stress free. Everything you could need for a great vacation was provided, with the small exception of a hair dryer, so bring your own. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely & Quiet Retreat

What a great time we had in Destin, and the lovely condo was the perfect retreat. Jane made sure we had all that we needed, even beach supplies for making sand castles! We appreciated the private gate to the beach, which was just across the street, and made use of the board games on a rainy day. We would recommend this condo to anyone seeking a lovely, clean, and quiet condo that is close to just about everything.

Great place to stay!

My family and I had a great time at the Enclave! Jane was very nice and helpful with everything, she even offered to give us a list of places to eat and things to do, you can't beat that for customer service! The rooms were comfortable and the whole place was spotless when we arrived. We never made it to the pool so I cannot speak to that, but if it was like the rest of the facilities I'm sure it was very nice. The Enclave is located right in the middle of everything, as far as, attractions, shopping, and of course eating! Not to mention its a short walk across the street from the beach!!! I would recommend staying here to any and everyone. We will be returning to Destin and will certainly be doing business with Jane again. Thank you Jane for a great stay! Phillip and Erin

The condo itself was nice but....

We had a good time because we always make the best of our trips. The condo itself was nice and clean. Disappointed in the long track to the beach that was suppose to be 20 steps. Disappointed in the 20 foot by 20 foot area we were only allowed on the beach in. Disappointed we encountered a Sea Hag who was very hateful telling ppl who got close to her beach cones to move away. She even yelled at a kid who accidently kicked his ball on her side of the cones. Disappointed that we had to pay to do laundry in a floor shared laundry room. Disappointed we did not have a keurig that was suppose to be there and rather than the host Bringing us one she wanted us to go buy one she would reimburse us...that's not a good host in our opinion. The Beach access was the worst because In order to get a good ocean view and water access we had to get there by 8 am before others set up big canopy's that obscured everyone's view. The walk over there down 3 flights of steps and back was ruff on replaced knees and hips carrying chairs, small coolers and beach bags for the day when listing boasts literally 20 steps from ocean/beach.

Very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the condo. It was well furnished and had lots to do if there was a rainy day. Also appreciated that it was very easy to childproof the rooms from a 3 1/2 and 1 year old toddlers. It was well decorated with an amazing color scheme that tied the whole place in. The couple things that stood out the most for us was the list of places to go and restaurants that were nearby with a small menu from them. Another was the amount of space that the condo had. We felt like it was ina good area also not too far from the beach, restaurants or from shopping. Was perfect for our family. Overall extremely satisfied with our stay at the condo. Would recommend the place to anyone that was looking for a family friendly place to go. Some things that I would like to have seen but I do not believe are the owners fault. So, I am not going to retract from the overall numbers of stars that I am giving to them. Would have liked to have seen some chairs and umbrellas at the beach reserved for the guests and owners of the facility we stayed at. When we went down the area that is reserved for the facility it looks like there are some down there at first. We looked closer only to find out that they were for guests of the other property. We found this out the hard way after being asked to move. When I went to get a couple chairs/umbrellas from the bins where they were stored I was asked to put them back and we could not use them since we were not guests at that facility. There were a couple of chairs and an umbrella in the condo. Lugging those chairs and umbrellas down from the condo with two little's under 4 in tow with everything else was quite the ordeal. Would have been nice and convenient not to worry about that.

Having vacationed for years in Destin we decided it was about time to put down some roots. My husband and I are retired and do a great deal of traveling. I travel to Europe yearly . I was a travel agent for 45 years and saw the world, but I have always felt that Destin is the very best place to relax and unwind. We come to Destin because we love the temperate weather, as opposed to other Florida beach communities. It's not too hot or too cold. We picked this specific location because of the great ocean view sidewalks that span for miles. This area is wonderful for bicycling, running, and walking with up front and personal views of the ocean. Our children and grandchildren always look forward to their trips to Destin. You can not beat the emerald green waters lapping the shore of pristine white sand, some of the best dining in Florida, and a haven for shoppers. Come give us a try. Destin will not disappoint.
