Great property in Crystal Beach area of Destin....THE PLACE TO BE! -This is the nicest condo in Caribbean Dunes - newly renovated, floor, refrigerator, tile, furniture, luxury linens, lighting, paint, even air conditioning !!
EVERTHING is new, very clean, and extremely comfortable. There are two master suites each with their own private bath (one with a jacuzzi tub). One is on the main floor and one is the spacious upstairs loft for plenty of privacy. There is a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Six can sleep comfortably and nobody is stuck with a bunk in the hall. The kitchen is quite large so there is plenty of room for the chefs in your group. We have just added beautiful glass tile backsplash and new appliances. There are plenty of pot, pans, and of course dishes, silverware, and glassware. The large balcony has terrific views of the Gulf and we have added lovely 18" travertine tile so it is smooth on your bare feet. Relax and enjoy the view, nice breeze, and sunshine.
Walk to the end of the block to Camille's, one of Destin's favorite restaurants, and enjoy a cocktail or a nice meal.
Upon arrival, to get you started there will be one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one laundry pod. There are grocery stores very nearby.

The location is great, public beach access is just across the street. It would have been a five star rating except that we had to buy toilet paper and hand soap on the second day. We had 3 adults stay here for 3 days and you couldn't provide enough toilet paper? Also, black out curtains for the main floor bedroom would be nice.

Annual Family Girls Trip

Perfect location! Across the street to the ocean! Ocean view from balcony! The two separate bedrooms & bathrooms provide space & privacy. Just minutes away from all the Destin activities, but far enough away to enjoy a more quiet & relaxing area! We WILL be back!!

Property was in a great location. Decorations were cute. master suit with king bed, bed was lumpy, too much light coming in at night, I would suggest blackout shades! Bathroom was dated except sink. It would be nice to have a few staple items there for people who arrive late, such as coffee, water, ice! I’m older and did not enjoy the stairs. Great view from balcony!

Location was good and right across the street from the beach. Lots of things to do within walking distance from the condo. The only complaint we had was the cooking utensils, pots and skillets were in very bad condition and need to be replaced. We were unable to use.

Property could use some updating, dish ware mismatched, no dish rags, very few wash rags. However, we would stay again. Property was neat and clean…those were minor inconveniences that didn’t hinder the enjoyment of our stay. Close proximity to everything while in a quiet safe neighborhood. Be prepared for crowds at public beaches. Almost always had the pool to ourselves. Walks in neighborhoods and on beach were idyllic.

We came for a vacation and fell in love with Destin. We began doing vacation rentals in 2007. It gives us great joy to rent to our vacationing guests and hear about what a wonderful time they had in Destin. Most of our guests come back year after year. We feel like they are family. We are always available for our guests and take great pride in giving each of them excellent customer service. Making wonderful family memories in Destin is what it is all about. We have so many with our own children.

Why they chose this property

Caribbean Dunes is at the quiet end of Scenic Gulf Drive and is absolutely relaxing. The area is known as Crystal Beach for the exceptionally clean clear water and sugar white sand. It is the best area of Destin. After staying in different areas ourselves this is where we knew we wanted to be. We are certain you will love it too.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this condo the minute we walked in the front door. It is larger than most we had seen. The kitchen is large and so is the balcony. The floor plan is unique with the two master bedrooms. We love that no one has to sleep in a hall bunk. The setting is lovely with tropical plants and flowers everywhere. It give you a wonderful feeling of rest and relaxation. You can hear the birds sing at this end of Destin. It's beautiful.
