Congratulations!!!! You have finally found one of the best units at PELICAN BEACH RESORT! Nicely decorated! New Flooring throughout the condo in 2023!

Just for You, Your Family, and your Friends!

Unit 1408 is a GULF FRONT condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. No streets to cross! You will enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches and the breathtaking sunsets on the balcony. This condo is decorated with Beautiful furniture.

The kitchen has cabinets with soft closing drawers, beautiful granite countertops, a gorgeous glass backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The Lighting is amazing! Our dining room table seats four and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar that seats two.

Free High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet (100 Mbps) is available in this unit and throughout the resort. This is an upgrade!

Don't forget the fun-filled built-in bunk beds with WALL-MOUNTED 19-inch FLAT SCREEN televisions.

The living area has a new 70-inch flat panel TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player and a queen sleeper sofa!

All new kitchenware - pots/pans, plates, glassware, and utensils! Regular and Keurig coffee machines!

The GORGEOUS & Beautiful Master Suite has a King size bed and a 40-inch flat panel TV with DVD and Blu-Ray Player.

AWE, THE VIEWS!!!!! The balcony has four chairs and a table for watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Pelican Beach Resort features a selection of amenities which include a choice of 4 pools (One of which is an indoor pool), a fitness center including wet and dry steam rooms, a Video Game Room, Outdoor Grills, a Covered Parking Garage, 2 tennis courts, Tiki Hut, Market Cafe, and a hot tub.

NOTE - New 4th Pool added to the beach side of the building is now open.

This experience was amazing! The view was incredible and we were on the BEACH! Stunning, the apartment was spacious, clean, it had everything you need. The host was super responsive, the community is gated and they made sure you were a guest at the entry; I felt very secured at the property. The beach has a bar and a waitress that takes orders if you need to, you can bring your small cooler, with drinks, snacks. Family oriented resort, 3 pools and hot tubs. They have a cafe that serves pizzas, sandwiches, drinks even a small gift shop for your beach needs. Everything is close by, grocery stores, shopping, etc. me and daughter enjoy every single day! I would definitely come back. Great experience and lovely vacation!

We really enjoyed this unit. We had just two adults and we had plenty of space. It sleeps up to 6 which is doable with the 2 full baths. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc. The owner communicated with us leading up to and during our stay which was very nice and much appreciated. We definitely plan to rent this unit again.

Beach was beautiful, cafe was great, views were amazing! Master bed was very comfortable.There was construction above us which took away from being peaceful starting at 8am. (Not owners responsibility to know when that is done around unit we understand).Smoking next door and above us forced us indoors due to the choice of smoking.There is a smoking area in parking garage but parking there made it bad to walk by as many times it wasn't cigarettes being smoked.We have been to Destin many times on SB and this is the first time with multiple hiccups.Host was very responsive and got TV working and dropped off remote next morning.Overall a beautiful place to go!!Thank you.
