Beautiful condo in a corner unit. Host very responsive. It was nice for small children with access to the beach and the pool. Highly recommend.Only negative is the noise from the trash chute directly across from the unit. This is no fault of the owners. It was noisy when people used it outside of designated hours late at night or early in the morning (before 6am) and we were trying to sleep.

The condo was beautiful and the facility had everything you could want. It was nice that there were so many pools so it never felt crowded. We also enjoyed the Tiki Bar. The beach was beautiful.

Beautiful unit and view! Loved watching the ocean view and dolphins from the end unit. Pictures are spot on! We stayed for a spring break with our two boys and had a blast. Extremely fast responses from our host. We will be back for a longer stay next time!!

The condo is exactly as pictured. It was clean and the pool was nice. You can’t beat the view. Restaurants are in close proximity. Some are walkable but there is also uber and Lyft and we never had issues getting a ride.

We had an amazing experience at this property! The property is better than expected and did not disappoint. We loved the unit and decor and all of the amenities, all is as expected from the descriptions. We also appreciated the communication from the property owners, they were very attentive. Exemplary communication with host, ease of check in and out, location and cleanliness of unit. Breathtaking sunrise and sunset views directly from private beachfront balcony. Anything and everything to cook with plus lots and lots of towels available so you don’t have to do laundry! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Sunrises were worth getting for!
An evening ritual- “wine down” with the sun. Sunsets are spectacular from the balcony.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, and the unit was very cleanThe view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful, and the sounds of the ocean were very relaxing. Being on the 6th floor works well because you avoid any noise from the pool area but still feel close to the ocean. I always look for corner units because they feel more spacious and bright, as this one did. The hosts were very responsive, check in was easy and on site parking is very convenient. I would not hesitate booking this unit for your vacation. It’s an exceptional choice

Family Vaca

The Pelican was a great place to stay. Plenty of amenities, close to the beach, and near all the local entertainment. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away to Destin.
