I really loved the pelican it’s been one of my favorite places to stay. Staff there are all very friendly. We had one small issue while we were there but they took care of it with no problem. I really hope to get the same room next trip we book. The screen door was very hard to open and close so we just left it open to go in and out of. Really had an amazing time there!

Five star! Beautiful beach view and we saw dolphins from the balcony. The room was very clean, and the tiki bar on-site was a huge plus. Checking was a breeze even with our very late. Great communication with the host made the whole trip stress free. Can’t wait to come back.

Great Beach view and spotted Dolphins daily early morning! Great family stay, with access to kitchen. Some minor hardware wearing out. But overall clean and easy checkins. Pools were slightly chilly during our stay in April, could be warmer.

This is a great rental in a great location. Newly updated and right on the beach. The unit is super clean with the amenities you need for a short trip. It is exactly as listed in the post. The host was excellent with the communication! The check out list was simple and quick. The main bed was very comfortable. A small drainage issues in the shower, but manageable. The resort itself (if you have never stayed here) has a lot of rules. Please be aware of that before you book! It was not an issue for us personally, and if you’re a family then the rules really make you feel more safe, but I could definitely see where all the rules would be a downer for some people on a trip. The parking garage is right beside the property, but it is a bit of a walk. The resort is very strict on pulling up to the front door and has time limits for parking near the door. The beach service that works with this hotel was a little expensive, but reliable. The cafe and tiki bar onsite worked excellent for us and had good options. We loved this unit and will definitely be back!

We love pelican beach resort!

The property is great! Room was perfect and the cafe / tiki bar is a huge added bonus. The elevator situation could use some work but that’s the only thing! We will be back!

Everything was excellent especially the staff. The most beautiful beach and the view from the condo balcony was extraordinary. The only thing difficult was lots of traffic. Easy fix, stay out of it and on the beach. Will be going back!

Amazing stay!! We stayed in another place a few floors down several months back, we loved this location, had a few issues with electrical in the main bathroom but it wasn’t that big of a deal, also the bed, although comfortable needs to be replaced, it’s a little sunken in near the head. Otherwise we loved and and will definitely be back. Thank you

Beautiful condo! Clean, just smelled like weed so not sure if it was prior guest or adjacent condo. Went away mostly the 2nd evening. There was sand in the freshly washed sheets, so maybe suggest they wash separate from towels but overall it was a nice place, reasonable rate and bonus having a tiki bar by the pool with beach service!

We had a wonderful stay!

This was our 5th year staying in Destin and it did not disappoint. We loved the condo and the whole setup. I think the only thing we would “complain” about would be the master bedroom mattress. It is sinking on both sides. Other than that we loved the place. We left a couple of chairs for the next guests. I always appreciate when there is chairs available so I thought I would just pay it forward. Thank you for a wonderful time
