Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Der große Garten schön angelegt und verfügt über eine hübsche, gut ausgestattete Terasse, sowie Gasgrill.Der Gastgeber war verhindert persönlich zu kommen, doch lief die Kommunikation bestens über die Fewo-App. Der Gastgeber war stets zu erreichen und hat sich auch bei Schwierigkeiten umgehend und zuvorkommend gekümmert. Das Haus liegt ruhig, alle Geschäfte und Strand sind per Auto bestens zu erreichen.Wir würden das Haus stets weiter empfehlen.

Schönes und komfortables Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist modern und wie in der Beschreibung aufgeführt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Besonders praktisch und angenehm fanden wir die 3 Schlafzimmer, den Gasgrill und dass Bettwäsche, Handtücher und große Badetücher vorhanden waren. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Biscarrosse in Ruhiger Lage auf einem großen eingezäunten Grundstück. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der See und das Meer sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick dem Vermieter war sowohl bei Fragen vor der Anreise als auch während des Aufenthalts immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit...

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist in Top Zustand mit schönem großen Garten und einer sehr guten Ausstattung mit allem was man benötigt. Es waren sogar Fahrräder, Sonnenschirme, Handtücher und Spielsachen für den Strand da, die man benutzen durfte. Sehr nette Vermieter. Ca 15 Minuten zum Strand, 10 Minuten zum See. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen und können es nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Quaint and Peaceful Southern France Getaway

Communication with the Host was very prompt and professional even with the language barrier. Stayed 5 weeks and host came to maintain lawn and ensured all we going well and we had what we needed. Met us at the property to check in and provided instructions on how to operate various appliances. Hosts (Patrick and Sylvie) provided great hospitality and welcomed with cold local adult beverages. Loved the Nespresso. Very nicely decorated and spacious. Host very flexible with changes due to work assignments. Very helpful in providing resources for restaurants and activities in the area. Assisted with coordinating lost luggage pickup. Property was very well maintained and welcoming, with lots of space, grill, outdoor furniture , greenery, flowers and wildlife. Beautiful place to take walks, see wildlife. Very quiet neighborhood. Secure property. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen with supplies, bed/bath linens, washer/dryer, beach chairs, towels and picnic baskets, outdoor/indoor games. Internet connection was reliable. It was nice to have bicycles available and close to the LaPlage, Bourg, grocery stores. Felt like home, highly recommended and would come back for future work trips. Thank you for such a memorable and relaxing stay. Our only challenge was no screens on windows which we are accustomed to in the USA and some bugs being in a wooded area. Avons passé un très bon séjour. Maison très fonctionnelle, agréable à vivre, très propre et très bien équipée. La terrasse et le grand jardin bien entretenu sont un havre de paix. L'ambiance est au calme, reposante. La maison est très bien située. La région est magnifique. Nous remercions grandement Sylvie et Patrick de leur accueil attentionné. Nous serons ravis de revenir !

Charmante maison au coeur des Landes. La villa est neuve et tres bien équipée. Il est à noter que nous avons rarement eu la chance d'avoir autant d'ustensiles de cuisine dans nos locations. Tout y était comme à la maison alors que cela fait souvent défaut. La maison est dans un quartier très calme et à 5 mn des lacs et 10 mn de l'océan. Idéal pour profiter de la région sans subir les nuisances de la cité balnéaire. Encore merci à Patrick et Sylvie pour leur acceuil. À bientôt

La maison et le jardin sont parfaits. La maison est moderne et très fonctionnelle. Le jardin parfait pour s’amuser et se détendre au calme. Prêt de matériel pour les vacances: BBQ, jeux, chaises longues,.... Exposition plein sud avec les petits oiseaux qui viennent manger le matin. A 5 mns du centre ville de Biscarosse sans l’inconvénient du bruit des voitures. Point de départ idéal pour visiter la région. Les propriétaires sont accommodants et attentionnés. L’endroit est idéal pour les vacances. Je le louerai à nouveau si je viens à Biscarosse.

Nous avons passe un super séjour . La maison est toute équipée et située au calme. Elle est aussi très joliment décorée. Patrick nous a très bien informé avant notre arrivée et lors de notre arrivée.
