Rustic meets modern in this open living space with high vaulted ceilings, a modern gas fireplace design, and a wall of windows overlooking Mt. Guyot, the 2nd highest peak in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. A great place to relax and enjoy the view!

A well-stocked chef's kitchen includes everything you need to cook for a family. It features a gas range cook-top & oven, black stainless-steel appliances, blender, toaster, crock pot, Dutch oven, stockpot, & much more! We've tried to include everything you might need to cook anything from a light meal to a full Christmas dinner! You don't want to miss the fresh-roasted organic fair-trade coffee at the coffee bar! Sit down to eat at the modern farmhouse table with benches, kitchen bar, or back porch.

We have 3 Private Master King Suites, each with an en-suite bath and bedroom door. With one on each level, you're sure to find a spot that's "just right" for you!

The Fox 🦊 Hole Suite and Loft includes a private bedroom, en-suite bath, and an additional sitting area & desk overlooking the great room with mountain views. Relax after a day of sightseeing in the freestanding soaking tub or separate shower.

The Wolf 🐺 Den Suite is easily accessible on the main floor. Wake up early and you can catch the sunrise over the Great Smoky Mountains! The private en-suite features a luxurious dual-head shower with a relaxing rainfall showerhead.

The Bear 🐻 Cave Suite features a private entrance to the lower deck and a private seating area. The en-suite bath includes dual vanities and a shower with a tub. It has easy access to the family bunk room and laundry closet.

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE ☆☆

We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking.

We have partnered with RentalGuardian to give our guests easy access to travel insurance choices when they book with us. We do not sell travel insurance nor receive a commission; this is fully for the benefit of our guests.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Arts & Crafts District in Gatlinburg. Downtown Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains National Park are just a few minutes away via car or hop on the local trolley to enjoy the sights! Pigeon Forge is readily accessible via back roads to avoid traffic on the parkway.

Potter's Ridge is a small community of only 14 cabins all built since 2019!

☆☆ CLEANING FEE ☆☆

The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens that have been freshly laundered.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆

Parking for up to 4 vehicles is readily available on the large flat driveway with easy access. We provide a Tesla Gen3 Wall Connector EV Charger 🔌 for guests to use. A truck and trailer can also be accommodated.

We personally manage every aspect of the vacation rental experience in order to create a bespoke experience for our guests.
