Vue incroyable mais .... c'est tout.

La vue est magnifique mais le reste... ouff. Le BBQ est complĂštement dĂ©truit et depuis des lustre sans aucun doute. La cuisine est sale, sale, la pouriture est installĂ© dans les joints du comptoirs, un plantes pousse au travers de la persiennes, les bestioles, fourmis, coquerelles sauterelles gĂ©antes sont monnaies courante. Un rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs ne fonctionnais pas. Nous n'avons mĂȘme pas cuisinĂ© une fois sur place tellement cela nous Ă©cƓurait. La salle de toilette Ă©tait aussi dĂ©gueu avec une finition et un entretiens a oubliĂ©. Les divans extĂ©rieur sont a revoir. Pour les chambres et douches au rdc correct sans plus. Je ne recommande pas cette endroit.

La maison est trÚs bien située, à quelques minutes en voiture des plages, des commerces et restaurants. Les espaces extérieurs, terrasse et piscine, sont trÚs agréables et la vue sur la mer et la végétation tropicale est magnifique. Les prestations intérieures sont moyennes.

TrÚs belle location, fonctionnelle et bien située - A recommander sans hésitation

Nous venons de passer 10 jours fantastiques dans la Villa Diodon que nous recommandons sans hĂ©sitation. La villa, le jardin, la terrasse, la piscine, la vue... Bref, tout est conforme aux photos, voire mieux encore. Cette rĂ©sidence est vraiment trĂšs fonctionnelle, super agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, et en plus trĂšs bien placĂ©e, au calme mais Ă  faible distance de plages trĂšs sympas et du bourg de Deshaies (commerces, restaurants...). Juste un tout petit bĂ©mol sur la literie des deux lits simples Ă  l'Ă©tage qui nous semble peut-ĂȘtre Ă  changer... Sinon, rien Ă  dire, tout Ă©tait parfait (jusqu'Ă  l'accueil d'Ingrid sur place). Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
