Lincoln’s Landing is a sun-filled, beautifully decorated home close to everything! Mid-town location means your half way between the gorgeous white sand beaches at Wrightsville and charming, historic downtown, Cape Fear River. Walking distance to Starbucks, Whole Foods, locally owned dining hot spots. A mile from Hugh MacCrae Park, and a few minutes drive you Jungle Rapids. Close to everything you want to see and do in Wilmington! The one level home is very easy to maneuver through. There is a ramp around back leading to the screened in porch and assistance bars by the toilets and shower. Quiet residential location with a large backyard means lots of privacy. Ample parking in the front and back. Well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and more! Crib, high chair, activity center all provided upon request. Perfect setting for your Wilmington get away!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

When checking out, please set the thermostat at 72 in the summer and 67 in the winter. The HVAC fan should never be “on”. It should be set as “auto”.

Before you leave, please begin one load of bath white towels. The Tide pods are always provided. Please use hot water and “superload” water level. Thank you!

All food and trash must be removed from the fridge/ home. Put trash and recycle cans at the curb Sunday/Monday evening, depending on check out day. They are collected early Tuesday mornings.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a quite residential neighborhood. Quiet times between 9pm and 7am out of respect for our neighbors.

We allow some small non- shedding dogs on a case by case basis due to allergies. We are happy to review all requests.

No sand allowed in home. There is an outdoor shower. Every person and all beach items should be rinsed. Towels should be left on hooks on porch to dry

Absolutely wonderful rental

I have to say that I have vacationed in many places and this house was not only beautiful, but in a very nice location. The owner ( Denise) was the best hostess ever. We spoke 20 times from booking to leaving. Highly recommend her home for a vacation rental.

Holiday House

11 members of our family from 3 different states came to visit my daughter that lives in Wilmington for Thanksgiving! From the moment we walked in it felt like home!! The home had everything we needed or wanted! It made for a perfect Thanksgiving!!

Wonderful Rental

We were in town for my son’s wedding. Denise’s house was just what we needed. It had plenty of room for our whole family, it was very clean, and we felt very relaxed while we were there. Denise was extremely easy to work with. She checked to make sure we had what we needed and she responded to our questions immediately. Thanks for a wonderful rental experience.

Wedding weekend

This house is a very nice house with lots of room. Lovely kitchen and front bathroom is very pretty. Master bedroom is very spacious and the bed is slightly comfy. Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds were slightly less comfy. Bedrooms 2 and 3 were very pretty with queen beds but all of those beds were very uncomfortable. Neighborhood is nice and in a great location, close to shopping and great food. Not too far from the beach either. Parking in rear is tight but gives easy access to home. Overall enjoyed our stay and the owner was great to work with, super sweet!

We liked them so much we specifically chose those for our rentals! Beds (and pillows) can be tricky as everyone has their own preferences. I’d love more feedback! Too hard ? Too soft?

Great property and very responsive owner

He had a great time at Lincoln's Landing. When we were there, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the property was easy to find / get it, and it had nice curb appeal. The property is a lovely, one story, single family home. The house was spacious enough for all of us, and was an enjoyable space for us to use. What really made the property stand out for me was how responsive the home owner was. We had a small issue when we first got to the house, and she worked with us to resolve it. She then checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was great for us. Her responsiveness, and attention to details, really made this a memorable get away, and someplace I would gladly recommend.

Wilmington Stay

Omg what can I say. The host was AMAZING! She checked on me before my arrival. Offered and extra day for availability. She made sure we had everything we needed for the kids and the house was fully stocked with all we needed. The location was perfect. The house was so beautiful and spacious. We stayed up late everyday because the patio is screen protected so we didn’t get bit up by bugs. The house is 4 miles from Wrightsville beach which is awesome. Hands down this is definitely 5 star service and quality. We are already looking to book with her again. You definitely will enjoy this stay. Quiet neighborhood oh and it’s near stores and restaurants which we really didn’t have to drive far for anything. Rooms were nice and the master bed bedroom I fell I love with. Thanks for sharing your home with us we loved it. This was a great 4th if July weekend!

Beachside Chic

This was our first trip to the area of Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach and it was for a very important occasion - celebrating my mom's 70th birthday! This house at Lincoln's Landing made our celebration even more special. It was a treat to find a rental that was decorated so fabulously - Beachside Chic - and was so impeccably maintained! Even the landscaping and lawn were well taken care of! It made for the perfect backdrop for our celebration. And an added bonus was the large screened-in deck with ample seating and ceiling fan. We spent both evenings out there visiting with one another. The owners of the house obviously love their house and the area. We were greeted with an informative email, prior to our arrival, with all the 'in's and out's' of the area to include a comprehensive list of favorite restaurants. I feel like we could have eaten our way through Wilmington! This 'guide' was very helpful for us since this area was completely new to us. And the owners were great at communication! You can't go wrong staying here!

Retirement Trip

We had a group of 15 family members stay at Lincoln’s Landing. This included 8 adults and 7 children (ages 2mths-15yrs). Denise was extremely accommodating. She provided a crib for the baby and even left snacks for us for when we arrived! The house was as pictured. It really felt like home. There were certain things that needed to be dealt with at the home but Denise was always available and ready to do what she could. The neighborhood is super quiet and driving (and sometimes walking) distance to whatever you want. The only struggles that we had (which are just western problems really) were having just 2 bathrooms, being such a large group, and no dishwasher. The drive to the beach is just about 15 minutes and super easy. We definitely took Denise’s suggestion to go super early (left around 8:30am) because otherwise it’s hard to find parking for 3 vehicles. Overall, we did have a good experience there and would recommend it. ❤️❤️

You will not find many homes like this! Spacious! Had wife, four daughters , two spouces, and kids under 5 yr old. The house was remarkable. There was everything we needed and more so we could spend all our time having fun. Host was great

Perfect location for our two families visiting for a wedding.

The house worked out great for us. We had 11 people (2 families for a wedding). It was great that we could all be together to visit and have fun in between wedding festivities. Denise was great. She called to let us know the house was ready for an early checkin. She had snacks waiting for us in the house. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was updated. The furniture is a little dated and some of the beds were creaky and uncomfortable. With 11 people we could have used another bathroom but we made do. Overall it was a great stay for us.

Beautiful property and excellent host

The property and pictures are very accurate and as described. The property owner, Denise, is the best at communication and giving you all the information that you need and she was available 24/7. I traveled with my family of ten that included children and everyone enjoyed their stay as their was plenty of space. She had a smart TV so you were able to look at Netflix and watch movies with the family or either watch cable. She had a lot of beach equipment so you really did not need to bring much of anything for the beach. This Home is close to downtown and very close to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina beach. There are so many stores near the Home as well and it is in walking distance of a burrito restaurant. My family and I will definitely come back and rent this property. Thanks again Denise!

Great for large group

We were in town for college graduation. This facility was well equipped to accommodate our family including two toddlers. Owner was very easy to deal with. Very quiet neighborhood and located very conveniently near college and restaurants.
