Near the city center (10 minutes by tram), and 5 minutes from the ring road (10 minutes from the train station), in private residential subdivision, very quiet, and not overlooked, fully equipped house, very bright and recently renovated ( south-west facing), swimming pool, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 queen size bed, 1 single bed), 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen open to fully equipped dining room (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) linen, dryer, coffee maker, dishes ...), and lounge overlooking swimming pool (flat screen TV 151 cm with canal +, very high speed wifi), barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, ping pong table.
Requiring cleanliness, cleaning is done on arrival, also beds (duvet cover, pillows, mattress protector), towels provided (1 per person).
