Beaches 7 min walk, marina, sailing club nearby (10 min walk).
Market at 500 meters 3 times / week, carrefour market at 300 m.
Our house is distributed as follows:
On the ground floor:
An entrance, a fully equipped kitchen open to a living / dining room very bright. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 with single bed.
1 bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet, 1 storeroom with washing machine.
Upstairs :
A large living room with sofa and big screen for watching movies. Many board games, playmobils, kaplas ...
4 bedrooms of which: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with single beds, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet.
Outside:
Large garden table in teak and deckchairs, gas grill, ping pong table (only in summer)
Large lot and possibility to park 2 cars.
Discounted rental price based on the number of weeks booked.

Premier et très agréable regroupement familial à Piriac, maison et station très sympathiques!
Maison spacieuse et agréable pour un regroupement et des vacances familiales où chacun peut jouir de calme et d’intimité. Le beau temps et la plancha ont permis des repas à l’extérieur tous les jours .... ou presque! Par ailleurs la maison est bien équipée en matériel culinaire et électroménager Sa proximité des commerces et de la plage St Michel est un plus .
