Located approximately 700m from a supermarket, 400m from the shopping centre and about 1000m from the sailing school.

Living area with sofa bed for 2 people, television, large bay window opening onto terrace with view of the residence park and sea view.

Recessed kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave.

Bathroom: shower/bath, washbasin on furniture, WC.

1 bedroom with double bed (140cm), wardrobe.

Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €350 to be paid on site

Un plateau de bienvenue serait sympa (après plusieurs kilomètres j'aurais vraiment apprécier de boire un verre d'eau fraîche). Réparer la chasse d'eau, nettoyer les rideaux ☹️, jetter la chaise de salon de jardin cassée toujours présente. Ceci dit l'emplacement de l'appartement est très agréable à proximité de tout😍.
