Beach Block Wildwood Crest Condo

Welcome to the Palms' Wildwood Crest, NJ Condo. Our beach block condo is located at the Summer Sands Condominiums. The beautiful Wildwood Crest beach does not require beach tags. Each block of the beach has portable his and hers pottys. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach.

Outdoor amenities for the complex include: 2 heated pools (which include a fenced kiddie area), free assigned covered parking for one car, 5 sundecks with lounge chairs, 6 outdoor gas grills, coin-op laundry, and outdoor shower. Our first-floor unit is located right in front of one of the swimming pools.

Our 446 sq. ft. condo amenities include: 1 BR with two double beds, queen-size sleeper sofa, 1 bathroom with new tub and shower combination, hair dryer, A/C wall unit with 2 ceiling fans, 2 TV's with cable and WiFi, kitchenette with granite countertop, 2 burner stove top, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, blender, dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, iron and ironing board.

Our location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Wildwood. The boardwalk is less than two miles away and there is a shuttle bus stop located on the corner of our property. An arcade and restaurant are located across the street at the El Coronado. They are open for breakfast and lunch.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out is 11:00 am. If you are late checking out, you may be charged a fee (deducted from your security deposit) if the cleaners must return because you are still in the unit/parking spot.

Please clean unit to its original condition. If unit is not cleaned to its original condition, an excessive cleaning fee may be deducted from your security deposit.

Please let me know if anything has been damaged or broken. Accidents happen and that is what your purchased insurance plan covers.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Reservations will not be honored for more than 9 months in advance.

Renters must bring their own sheets and blankets (full-size for two beds and queen-size for sofa bed), bath and beach towels, and toiletries.

Renters must check-in at office to receive parking tag and to sign pool waiver.

Very happy with the condo. The bedroom was set up with two beds and there was plenty of room still. Everything was clean and organized. The pool was great as well. Definitely loved how close to the beach it was. I would recommend the Oceana restaurant across the street for breakfast.

The place was nice and clean. The poolwas nice to have. Close to the beach. The reason I’m giving 3 stars overall is because of the parking situation. If you can fit your vehicle into the spot, you will not want to have to drive anywhere because getting in and out of it is very difficult. Other than that it was nice.

A true vacation

Perfect Beach Condo

Kim & Frank's condo was the perfect place for my mom, sister, and I to stay for our long weekend in WWC! We loved being right on the beach block, and in walking distance from breakfast/lunch spots. The condo was clean, quiet, and cozy - we'd love to stay here again next summer.
