For families, 8 foot in-ground pool fence available upon request. Also books, games, yard and pool toys available.

New 50' flat screen TV in living room (SONOS system with Netflix, Pandora, Blockbuster and U-tube) and wireless internet throughout.

Services (pool/landscaping/cleaning) are a separate fee as are utilities depending on how much you use (newly installed Solar Panels keep costs down!)

"Green Upgrades": Solar-powered so lower electricity bills. For electric cars, 240 Volt fast charger installed in driveway. Newly insulated to keep heat/AC in and lower utility bills. All landscaping and lawn products are organic. No chemicals used on property. Composter available. Environmentally friendly bathroom and kitchen cleaning products to start your stay. Pool uses water softening Aqua Pure System which is gentler on skin and clothing.

Excellent accommodations near the Village

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s house. It was well equipped for us to be very comfortable for our 2+ week trip with a newborn. Jenny was very responsive before and during our stay. The house was well maintained and backyard/patio/pool area really stood out and was enjoyed throughout our whole stay. We walked to SH village many times for dinner, shopping etc. and loved the location of the house for its quiet setting in nature. This is our 3rd year renting in SH and by far our favorite place to date. We would totally stay again.

Perfect location

This house has the perfect location- close to the beach and walking distance to town. The pool is beautiful and the yard has such a warm comfortable vibe!

Great House, Beautiful Yard, walkable location

Our stay in this home was excellent from start to finish. Communication with the owner was easy and enjoyable. The house was well equipped and the pool and garden were beautiful, private and peaceful. All this in a house that’s an easy walk to town!

I moved from Manhattan to Sag Harbor in 2006, raised my children there and am familiar with all things Sag Harbor (especially restaurants, outdoor activities and fun for kids!) I'm an avid reader and traveller so have a huge variety of books. Ask me about some of the many nearby hiking trails.
