Vacations just a stone's throw from the ocean. Trévenaste beach.

Terraced house in very good condition and furnished with taste.
Ideal for holidays near the ocean.
It is located close to a beach ideal for children.
Ground floor:
living room with open kitchen.
Oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster ......
Television and DVD Writer
1 bedroom with a 140 bed and dresser,
WC with washbasin,
storeroom with washing machine, dryer and 2nd refrigerator-freezer.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with a bed of 160, a cot and a desk
a room with 2 beds of 90 + 2 bunk beds with a desk,
a bathroom with bathtub,
Large cupboards at the top and bottom
The house is given for 6 people as there is only one bathroom.
Shower and washing feet outside for the return of the beach
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Very good soundproofing between houses
Linen not provided but it is possible to rent sheets in a laundry in sarzeau 3.5km from the house.
Electric heating. Possible rental between September 29 and June 1, 2019 but electricity costs will be borne by the tenant.

Au calme!

Balades, levers de soleil, visite Auray/Vannes/Quiberon, chĂąteau de Suscinio, soleil, vent et beaux paysages, tout Ă©tait magnifique. La maison est vraiment Ă  2 pas de la plage et c'est vraiment ressourçant d'ĂȘtre aussi prĂšs de l'eau. Chacun peut y aller quand bon lui semble, sans avoir Ă  prendre la voiture. La maison est fonctionnelle, tout est pensĂ© et pratique, les chambres du haut sont spacieuses. TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour

Tout bon, notamment avec une petite de 2 ans 1/2 qui a pu profiter de la belle plage à 2 pas. Toutes les fonctionnalités du gßte sont là. Et accueil trÚs sympathique de Gaëlle.

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour au calme dans la maison de GaĂ«lle. Nous qui connaissons la presqu’üle depuis des annĂ©es nous avons trouvĂ© la situation de la maison idĂ©ale pour les balades en vĂ©lo, la voile, la pĂȘche Ă  pied et les journĂ©es Ă  la plage ! La maison est spacieuse et la mer est tellement proche que l’on entend le bruit des vagues dans le jardin. Nous espĂ©rons y revenir si l’occasion se prĂ©sente.

Idéal pour des vacances reposantes

Location située à quelques mÚtres de la plage, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités (voiture ou vélo indispensable). Bien équipée, et la présence d'un sÚche-linge est un vrai plus pour les moyens ou longs séjours. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis et la propriétaire est trÚs sympathique.

The house is comfortable and clean. You need to provide your own sheets and towels. The town is not too far, but the beach is a few steps out the front door!

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. La maison est conviviale, parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e et agencĂ©e et on aperçoit l'ocĂ©an de la fenĂȘtre de la chambre ! Si on dort la fenĂȘtre ouverte, on sera bercĂ© par la bruit des vagues Ă  marĂ©e haute. Quel plaisir de pouvoir accĂ©der si facilement et en toute sĂ©curitĂ© pour les enfants Ă  la plage !
