Newly renovated 1 Bedroom unit featuring 1 king size bed , as well as a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen area is equipped with a full size refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, pots & pans and cooking utensils.
Conveniently located right across the road from Starlight Beach and the new public Splash Park. Also close to shopping , bike path, restaurants, movie theater, boat harbor and downtown.

Exactly as described

The unit is very clean, and the decor is tasteful and relaxing. Towels and sheets are high quality and the bed is very comfortable. Located on a busy road the traffic noise is a given but with the windows closed and air conditioning or ceiling fan on, it was quiet. We saw in the parking lot that the people staying next to us had a baby and toddler, but heard not a peep from them from inside our unit. Great to be able to cross the street to the beach!

Amazing!

My family travels to this area every year and 2021 was the first year it fell through. A handful of us made some last minute decisions to come up and I found this suite on VRBO. We were hesitant but the 40 Winks exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless. Kristine was available for our every need. I love that we had beach towels provided. This trip was very different than what we have always done but I am so glad we chose to stay there and will come back next year. Thanks Kristine!

We had a wonderful time during our 3 night stay in Alpena! The location was directly across the street from the beach, splash pad and playground. It was perfect for our 6 year old. The suite was fantastic too, just the right amount of space for our family of 3.

Perfect Long Weekend

My husband and I stayed three nights in Suite 4 at 40 Winks Motel and Vacation Rentals. The space was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen space was well equipped should you choose to do some basic meal preparation on your stay. The king size bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was great, and the hot water abundant. We would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay!

Absolutely stunning. Manager was very friendly, we enjoyed conversations with her. Newly upgraded/renovated. Right across the street from all amenities! The parks and beach here is beautiful and very well maintained. My daughter loved the splash park and playgrounds (one for all ages). The suite comes with everything you could ever need, I enjoyed having all cleaning supply’s in the room. You name it they have it for cooking utensils! I could go on and on. Rave review from my family! Love love love! We will stay here for all our trips to Alpena!
