Séjour dans le quartier de portssol

L appartement est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, a prendre en compte si vous venez avec une personne d un certain âge ou enfant très jeune. Logement avec aperçu mer. Pas de place de parking attribué, dommage. La propreté n est pas au rdv de ce lieu. Salle de bain à revoir, baignoire a été mal repeinte. Cuisine très encombrée …. Un bon rafraîchissement serait nécessaire pour le prix demandé. Nous avons vu d autre produit dans le même quartier pour moins cher et tout rénové.

Parfait

Très bel appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire, très bonne literie et superbe terrasse. Proximité avec le port, les commerces et les plages, vous pouvez laisser la voiture au parking. Un grand merci à la maman de la propriétaire qui nous a très bien accueilli.
