Appartement propre, bien entretenu, cuisine bien équipée. Immeuble bien placé et propre lui aussi.Problème avec l'emplacement parking : Pratiquement Impossible de manoeuvrer si la voiture face à l'emplacement est là donc il faut mettre sa voiture dans la rue alors que l'on a payé pour un emplacement parking.Oreillers : Très, très vieux. complétement plats et pas hygiéniques. Oreillers qui ne se nettoient pas car rembourrés avec des plumes: Obligée d'en acheter.Vieilles couvertures pas hygiéniques du tout non plus.Canapé lit : Parfait en canapé mais impossible en lit : Tout n'est pas au même niveau avec les coussins.Terrasse partagée avec la dame d'à côté ( simple séparation avec quelques pots de fleurs bas )Tout cela est dommage mais facile à rectifier car l'appartement est plutôt agréable.

sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr freundliche Betreuung, sehr gut mit Klimaanlage, sehr gut gelegen und sehr ruhig, schwierige Situation in der Parkgarage, wenn man kein französisches Auto hat.

Superbe séjour dans cet appartement tout confort

Bel appartement très bien placé; proche du centre ville et de la plage; tout à pieds. Appartement confortable avec tout le nécessaire du quotidien. La petite terrasse est très pratique pour y faire sécher du linge par exemple.. Nous avons par ailleurs pu entreposer 2 vélo au sous-sol en sécurité. Un seul petit bémol, l'accès à la place de stationnement en sous-sol est délicat et peut ne pas être adapté à un trop grand véhicule; la place convenait néanmoins au notre (SUV type DS ou 3008 garé en marche arrière)

Un agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse avec nos enfants, l'appartement est très bien situé, spacieux et très calme. Ca a été une vraie parenthèse, le temps était splendide et vous pourrez, avec certitude, nous compter parmi vos prochains locataires l'année prochaine! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la dame qui nous a reçu, d'une grande gentillesse.

perfekte Lage

Die Lage das Appartments ist perfekt: Man ist tatsächlich nur ca 300m vom Meer entfernt und 100m weiter ist die Altstadt mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Ein kleiner sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ist 100m entfernt, größere Supermärkte am Ortsrand. Das Appartement ist ruhig und im Hochpaterre mit Zugang zu einem schattigen Innenhof, den man sich mit der Nachbarpartei teilt von der allerdings nichts zu hören und zu sehen war. Der Garagenstellplatz ist in einer Tiefgarage, die mit Autoliften ausgestattet ist um allen Parteien einen Stellplatz zu gewähren. Daher erklärt sich das Höhenlimit. Unser Fiat 500 passte mit abgeschraubter Radioantenne gerade rein. Vorteil ist, daß das Auto immer schön kühl ist. Ohne Garage ist die Parkplatzsuche sehr schwierig. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und angenehmerweise nicht mit zuviel Dekoobjekten überladen. So hat man Platz für sich und fühlt sich wohl. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem. Ich habe noch in keiner Ferienwohnung eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gehabt. Sogar eine kleine Teekanne für 3 Tassen war vorhanden und die Antihaftpfannen waren noch neu und brauchbar. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine war alles vorhanden und funktionierte. Die Waschergebnisse der Waschmaschine waren etwas zweifelhaft, aber das kann auch daran gelegen haben, daß wir ohne größere Französischkenntnisse die falschen Einstellungen gewählt hatten. Es gibt unterschiedliche Meinungen darüber, wie weich eine Matratze sein sollte. Dieses Bett macht Leute glücklich, die eine sehr feste Matratze bevorzugen. Was wir gerne vor den Buchen gewusst hätten, wäre daß man nicht nur die Handtücher, sondern auch die Bettwäsche selber mitbringen muss. Wenn jemand innerhalb von Frankreich mit den Auto anreist, so ist dies kein Problem. Wir sind mit dem Flugzeug aus Deutschland angereist und standen vor der Frage, was in Frankreich als Bettzeug benötigt wird. Welche Größe haben Kopfkissen? Wie sieht die Decke aus? Was muss man mitbringen? In der Anzeige steht, daß das Appartement Wifi hat. Ja. Hat es. Sporadisch langsam und manchmal auch gar nicht. Das Wifi wird über ein mobiles Modem zur Verfügung gestellt und entweder ist der Tarif ein sehr billiger oder der Empfang in der Wohnung ist schlecht, man sollte sich daher nicht darauf verlassen. Der über das Portal angebotene Preis enthält nicht die Endreinigung, welche man entweder selbst durchführen kann oder mit zusätzlichen 70€ vor Ort abgelten kann.

Pfingsten in Sanry sur mer

Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Großes Zimmer mit integrierter Küche, wo alles vorhanden ist. Große Terrasse, die leider keine Sonne hat - ist im Sommer sicher angenehm, zu Pfingsten hat die Sonne etwas gefehlt auf der Terrasse. Um zur Terrasse zu gelangen muss man durch das Schlafzimmer, auch daran gewöhnt man sich. Die Garage ist etwas umständlich zum ein- bzw. ausparken, aber mit der Zeit ging es sehr gut. Die Nähe zum Markt, zum Hafen und zum Strand sind super. Ideal für ein Paar, auch mit kleinem Kind.

We (a couple) spent two weeks in this lovely apartment.

The apartment is well-equipped and furnished. It sits on a very quiet, charming little street, a short walk to the beach (Six-Fours-Sur-la-Plage) and the beautiful harbor and downtown of Sanary. There is a Spar market a 5-minute walk away. There are beautiful windows facing the street and a lovely shaded back patio, where we would have lunch. The owners and concierge (the lovely, Mireille) were easily in touch to help with any questions. Sanary is an enchanting town!

Appartement bien situé, proximité du port, du marché et de tous les commerces. Dommage qu'il faut passer par la chambre et contourner le lit pour accéder à la terrasse située entre 4 murs d'immeuble. Ne pas oublier de cliquer sur garage dans le descriptif pour savoir qu'il faut avoir une voiture ne dépassant pas 1m50 de haut, pour pouvoir se garer dans ce garage. Ce que nous avons appris incidemment 48 H avant le départ ! Il ne faut pas compter sur la wifi qui ne fonctionne que très très rarement. Avec ces précisions il reste à faire son choix.

Bonsoir, Vous avez bien voulu laisser une appréciation après votre séjour dans notre appartement et nous vous en remercions. Après votre demande un contrat de location en bonne forme vous a été adressé immédiatement dès votre acceptation. Il semble que vous n'avez pas pris soin de le lire car comme dans le descriptif de notre location, il est bien stipulé que le garage pour des raisons techniques est réservé à des véhicules de tourisme don t la hauteur n'excède pas 1m50 de hauteur. Si vous avez appris ce détail 48 heures avant votre départ incidemment comme vous le dites, ne nous en tenez pas pour responsables. Concernant la chambre et la terrasse arrière nous ne cachons rien et les photos du site sont je pense représentatives. Nous n'avons pas le sentiment de louer un taudis et des personnes revenant tous les ans nous confortent dans cette idée. La connection WIFI est obtenue grâce à une airbox de 4 G, elle est gratuite et à par vous, personne ne s'en est plaint. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'une solution de dépannage ne présentant pas les mêmes qualités qu'une Live Box. Ces petites précisions vous aideront sûrement à mieux appréhendrer et suffisamment tôt les termes d'un contrat de location. Bonne soirée
