This beautiful 75m² apartment consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, armchairs and TV, a dining area with table and chairs, and a fully equipped separate kitchen (fridge with freezer, vitro hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 coffee makers: filter and Senseo, etc.).
The living room and the kitchen open onto a beautiful terrace facing the large park of the residence, facing due west, with a view of the hills of Agay. The sun will be there in the afternoon and until sunset.
In the apartment for the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, each with large closets. Also, a bathroom, and a separate WC.
The apartment is rented with a parking space.
The residence has a beautiful swimming pool (18m x 6m), a huge green park, and the beach and the small restaurants and shops are barely 200m away! The town center of St Raphaël is 10 minutes away by car. the proximity of the station allows you to also enjoy Cannes, Nice, Ventimiglia, etc. easily.

Great appartement, great service, great locatino

The appartment is clean and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has all you need to cook. The living room is comfortable. Outside is a big grassfield - to walk in quiet with our dog. Walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. And the management service was great, kind and with good communication. Thank you for the nice appartment and service.

Fantastic getaway!

Lovely clean spacious modern gated condo with a beautiful view. It was just a very short walk to the beach, shops and train station in Agay. 4 adults in our party for the last 2 weeks of May. Everyone loved their time here. Just a heads up the pool doesn’t open until June 01 and there is no WiFi so we made do with the beach and our own data. Manager for the unit was personable and efficient.

Prinzipiell ist die Anlage toll in der Nähe des Meeres gelegen und der Ort ist prima zum entspannen. Leider ist das Apartment nicht so gewesen, wie wir es gerne vorgefunden hätten. Die Teflontöpfe waren völlig verkratzt, so dass wir nicht gekocht haben. Bettlaken, die wir auf die Matratzen ziehen sollten, hatten Blut und Urinflecke und waren Mega dreckig, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir 50 für die Lagen und Handtücher gezahlt haben, geht das überhaupt nicht in Ordnung. Immerhin waren die Bettlaken, die wir darüber ziehen sollten sauber. Trotzdem macht man sowas nicht. Ein Türgriff ist uns entgegen gesprungen, am Kühlschrank geht eine Leiste ab..Der Schlüssel hat nicht für den Pool funktioniert, wir konnten den Pool nicht benutzen.Insgesamt war unser Eindruck gewesen, der Wohnungsbesitzer müsste sich mal ein bisschen um seine Wohnung kümmern. Es ist alles sehr lieblos. Ich habe eine andere sehr schöne Wohnung in der Anlage gesehen. Dort würde ich gerne Urlaub machen. In diese Wohnung, wo wir waren, werde ich nicht noch mal zurückkehren und ich kann sie auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Häuserkomplex, der nur mit Schlüssel zugänglich ist. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor der Haustür, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen schönen großen Balkon auf dem man wunderbar zu fünft Zeit verbringen kann. Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße ist insofern störend, dass die Fahrgeräusche der Autos und Motorräder deutlich hörbar sind. Die Kücke ist ganz okay ausgestattet. Wir hatten Olivenöl von 2017 im Schrank, welches wir dann entsorgt haben. Zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Schlafcouch im geräumigen Wohnzimmer sorgen für eine gute Schlaf Aufteilung. Das Bad ist klein und hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche und Vorhang. Dieser war bei uns eingerissen und wurde auf Nachfrage direkt erneuert. Es gibt eine zentrale Klimatisierung welche in jedem Zimmer auslässe hat und für ein angenehmes Klima sorgt. Der Weg zum Pool beträgt maximal 2 Minuten. Hier ist zu erwähnen, dass viele „Einheimische“ und vor allem ältere Personen den Pool nutzen. Springende, spielende Kinder werden eher skeptisch gesehen und sich schon mal ermahnt, wenn sie zu laut sind. Besser dann den Weg zum Meer (ca. 8Minuten) und dort toben. Ansonsten ist ein Bäcker und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in fussweite von ca. Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und die Wohnung mit guter Lage war unsere Basis.

Der Check-In war nicht optimal. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schwierig. Teilweise musste ich über eine Woche auf eine Antwort warten. Schlüsselübergabe war auf Nachfrage in der Residenz. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass es dort eine Rezeption gibt. Gibt es aber nicht. In die Anlage kommt man nicht ohne Transponder oder Schlüssel. Daher haben wir den Vermieter angerufen und mussten ca. 1 Stunde warten bis er da war. Die Wohnung hat uns super gefallen. Positiv:- Lage der Residenz- Größe der Residenz- Größe der Wohnung- toller Balkon (wir waren in Haus 1, 3. Etage) mit Blick auf den Garten- eigener Parkplatz- trotz fehlender Klimaanlage angenehm kühlNegativ:- das WLAN war nicht zu gebrauchen, daher extra Kosten für Roaming Datenpakete- keine Dusche, nur Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, der erneuert werden könnte- Duschkopf nicht mehr in Ordnung - die Betten waren uns zu hartUnd hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch Agay ist sehr schön. Ein optimaler Ort um Cannes, Nizza, Monaco, etc. zu erreichen. Leider kein Hundestrand in der Nähe. Wir sind daher zum Plage des Esclamandes - Saint-Aygulf gefahren. Sehr schöner Strand.

Bel appartement, bien situé dans un parc très agréable.Proche des commerces, restaurants et de la mer, tout est accessible à pieds. Bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur. Bons contacts avec notre hôte qui a toujours répondu rapidement et de façon très sympathique. L'accueil, le départ, tout était vraiment très simple. Agréable semaine dans un bel appartement

Bel appartement bien équipé avec de belles pièces avec un salon qui donne sur un espace très verdoyant face au cap Estérel. La baie d'Agay est très agréable et l'appartement est à deux pas de la plage. La localisation est idéale pour visiter la côte d'Azur de Saint-Tropez à Nice. Le Dramont et de nombreux sentiers douaniers ne sont pas loin pour faire de chouettes promenades.
