Villa Berny's, in the heart of nature

In the heart of a wooded environment, 400 m from the sea, this 100 m² villa is ideal for a relaxing stay.
It can accommodate 8 people and has a swim spa.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a 45 m² living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a master suite. Upstairs you will find a small relaxation area as well as two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace and a swim spa (optional at € 60 / stay).
Bed linen is provided from 2 nights. For travelers staying only one night the rental of the sheet kit is 8 euros. Towels are rented at 5 euros / kit.

Minimum stay of 2 nights in July and August.
Deposit of 750 €.
The cleaning fee is € 150 unless you do it yourself. In the latter case, the accommodation must be made clean (dishes cleaned and put away, bed (s) unmade (s), fridge cleaned, bathroom,
kitchen and floor washed, garbage cans emptied). In case of non-clean return of the accommodation, a deposit will be made.
The tourist tax will be required on your arrival: 0.62 € / adult / day (from April 1 to September 30).
