We offer a full kitchen, new bath, and fresh flooring. There is a very comfortable queen bed as well. We offer a 42 inch flat screen with cable, WIFI, Netflix and Hulu. Window AC unit. Pets welcome with approval. The property is located so conveniently to Balboa Park, downtown, and the beaches. We have towels and beach chairs for your use. There is off street parking and walking distance to one of San Diego hippest neighborhood.
