Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

All used towels should be placed in the bean next to the dryer in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please not loud music or noise after 10pm outdoors.
No kids juice punch, boxes, water balloons in the pool area. Fishing gear must be rinsed after use. Absolutely no bait inside the refrigerator.
* Please take trash out to big bean before you leave. Place the Green Trash Can on Wed. and Sun in the curb so the truck can take it in the morning.

This is a beautiful property, immaculately clean with really comfortable beds. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The home is well equipped and the chocolates and wine were a lovely touch. John and Ana were great hosts and communication was very easy we will be back

Our family enjoyed this vacation rental so much. The home was roomy and very clean. A lovely neighborhood. They supplied all the amenities we could want. The weather was warm and sunny and we spent much of our time at the beach. The pool was a bit chilly after the cold spell prior to our visit and our hosts responded to our need to check on it and turn up the heat a bit. They responded quickly and positively to all of our needs. We would definitely recommend this vacation home. The Pete family

"The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Great time and great hosts!!

Our stay was fantastic, the location was great, the house was spotless, and the dock worked perfectly for the pontoon boat we rented to explore the beaches and fishing spots. Ana was an incredible host and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. From leaving a bottle of wine for our arrival, giving us restaurant recommendations, and even offering to ship us a few things we left behind - she and her husband made us feel like family!

Wonderful home, location, and host! The house appears newly renovated with beautiful floors and an amazing kitchen with all supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable, the AC was cold, and inside was cozy.Outside, the pool and lounge area were fantastic! We spent most of our time in the very warm and clean pool - there were even floats and things to keep kids entertained! The outside lounge area was large and comfortable, and we liked the fact that we could sit in the shade or in the sun if we needed. The view outback was relaxing and we saw lots of boats, birds and fish.Location on the island was optimal for us! Great restaurant (The Speakeasy) on the water about a 5 minute walk away, and grocery stores, a Starbucks, and a Walgreens close by. It was peaceful and quiet, but allowed for easy access to the rest of the island.We had a few questions and the host was friendly and responsive. Definitely a 10/10 experience for us.We asked ourselves at the end of the trip if we could change anything, and really could not come up with anything we would. Definitely will be looking to come back to Casa Del Mar in the future!

Peaceful Retreat

Loved staying in this very cute house. Everything was clean, tidy and organized. Main bed was very comfy. I slept great. Loved sitting on the lanai each evening looking out at the water. Hosts were quick to respond to my questions and I felt very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice and very clean with a Beautiful view in a good location. This house has everything you need if you like to escape for just the weekend or a whole week. My kids loved the heated pool, The beds were very comfortable. The sitting area outside, looking at the marina was beautiful. Everything was just perfect really.!! So I will definitely come back. Lovely Easter Weekend/Birthday Getaway!

My sister, mom, and I rented this location for a ladies’ getaway for our mom’s 70th birthday. The space was perfect for the 3 of us. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. Pool is heated which was a nice treat and so relaxing. Only areas of improvement were the AC (seemed to be automatically set to a certain temperature and it was warm in the house overnight) and the beach gear (chairs and umbrella) were in rough shape. Communication with John and Ana was wonderful. Location of the house great too - close to restaurants and shops. Overall we had a phenomenal time and highly recommend!

Short Vacation stay

House was very clean. Master bedroom room sink is way to low. The tv’s did not have regular cable and that required us to try to find streaming with out having to sign in on some else’s television. AC was good in all places except for the master bedroom. Overall I was happy with our stay. I kept my bay boat at there dock and that is what really made it convenient for us. I parked our trailer at Mid Gaurd Storage down the street from the Collier boat ramp. That worked out well.

This used to be our home where we grew up our kids and we host many of our friends and family making super fun family reunions.
Once the kids grew up and we decided offer the house for the same purpose.

What makes this property unique

If you love Nature, you will love our home. We try to combine the gorgeous Back Yard Nature with simplicity practical and elegant interior letting you spend a refresing and relaxing time.
The morning sunrises are breathtaking, while summer night let you enjoy the sound of the water with light of the stars and soft breeze.
You like fishing? We do too!
Also our location is a plus. Either by car or by boat. The Factory bay is minutes away and leads you right to the main river.
The Rose Marina for fuel and supplies and around the canal. You don't have a boat? You can rent one there!
