Villa Dioni - 4 Bedrooms Amazing Villa between Coral Bay and Sea Caves of Paphos

This villa is fantastic. It lies on a great spot between Coral Bay and Sea Caves. It is in a beautiful location with views of the local countryside and sea.
Coral Bay is just a short drive away where there are restaurants, shops, petrol station and a large supermarket.
The villa itself is very spacious. There are four large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. There is a large kitchen and separate utility room There is spacious lounge area with free wi-fi.Villa is fully air conditioning.Air conditioning is optional/extra(if required) and is payable locally 5 euros per unit per day. The outside area is large with sunbeds, parasols, BBQ area and very nice pool.
Baby cots and highchair can be provided without any extra cost.
In the price included weekly cleaning service (for stays exceeding 9 nights), welcome grocery pack, bed linen and bathroom towels
Bath towels and pool towels are provided!!!
There is Jacuzzi in the main double bedroom that is without any extra cost.
Changeover Day: Flexible
It provides Wi Fi Internet (free of charge).
Playstation 2 with more than 20 games.

Car hire: We can arrange car hire with delivery and collection at the airport. Airport taxi transfers can arrange.

There is bus next to the villa (150m) that is move to Coral Bay or to Pafos Old Town or to Kato Pafos that is pass every 15 minutes. This is an option if customers dont want to rent a car.

Fantastic villa . Very big and lots of space . Pool was a very good size and always warm with the sun on it all day.The Sea views was very good and very close to the sea. You will need a car to get to places . The villa could do with a bit of tlc, but overall, a fantastic villa with a beautiful view.

Fantastic host

The propery was lovely and meet our needs. A little dated in the kitchen and lounge but the pool area more than made up for it. I had a few communications with the host prior to our arrival and he was amazing. He responded quickly and was very helpful. He arranged car hire for us which was great value. I would definitely recommend and revisit if I return to Cyprus He

Great location and amazing sunset

Was here with friends and family and the space was wonderful and provided us with a good place to visit. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue was it was very cool in evening and had to contact the owner to get the controls to the heaters and was charged extra for the use of the heaters per day. I had inquired about any extra charge for electricity at the time I was looking into booking and was told no extra charges. Other than that was a good rental and we were pleased.

Great villa

Great villa with very nice pool and fantastic view! The property is well equipped. A lot of space indoor and outdoor. Many chairs, loungers, umbrellas and some pool toys! Nice BBQ area where we spent almost every night. Very good location, near beach and sea caves. Solos restaurant just few meters from the villa. Near by a big supermarket (6 min by car) where you can find everything including fresh fish and seafood. Great contact with the owner. Georgios was very friendly and helpful! Everyone from our group enjoyed the stay! It was a great time! We highly recommend Villa Dioni!

Stunning villa

This is the most beautiful place that we've ever stayed in. The photos don't do the amazing sea views justice. The house is very spacious and had everything that you could need for a great holiday. We were 10 people and we had so much space. The beds were very comfortable too so we slept really well. The pool area was perfect and had so many chairs, loungers and umbrellas. Georgios was very friendly and helpful and made sure that we had a good stay. You won't be disappointed if you choose this villa.

Wonderful Villa

This is a great Villa with loads of room for all the family. The views are fantastic as is the pool area. With each bedroom having its own shower/bathroom there was no juggling shower times. We chose to have the aircon on in the bedrooms as even in early October it was still quite warm at night. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you may need. We really enjoyed the BBQ area which we made use of on a couple of nights. Solos restaurant, just a few metres from the Villa can be recommended with good food and great hosts. Georgios the host, was always available and helpful and replied quickly to any requests. You will not be disappointed with a stay at Villa Dioni.

Stunning

A fantastic property with the most stunning views. Huge space indoors and outdoors, including pool. Pool toys, kitchen necessities (dishwasher tablets, salt, coffee, washing powder, tin foil ect) all supplied. Ice cream van visits daily. Friendly owner on hand via text. Restaurant at the bottom of the hill owned by owner's family, also highly recommended lovely food, friendly staff. There was no one in adjacent villas during the majority of our stay =a very peaceful holiday spent enjoying the scenery. We visited the sea caves and a little lagoon near coral Bay for a swim in the sea. We ate at solos, orina by the sea and had takeaway from pizza and Chinese in coral Bay... All highly recommended.

Mooi gelegen vila. Inrichting gedateerd en keukengerei beetje samengeraapt. We waren verbaasd over het bedrag wat we per dag per airco-unit moesten betalen, best veel. Vila ligt niet op loopafstand van strand of dorp en supermarkt. Auto is noodzakelijk. Eigenaar bijzonder vriendelijk

Thank you for giving me through your review the opportunity for further improve my beautiful villa. The location of the villa is described in the advertise. Villa is very close to the sea (about 400m away from the sea ) and someone can enjoy easily this wonderful view. Villa is only one and half kilometer away ( maybe less ) from the sandy beach, and the main supermarket with the center of the village are only about two km away from the villa. Of course you need a car if you will rent my villa. I recommend it in the advertise of the villa in the website. On the other hand this is the beauty of my villa. My villa lies in a fantastic and quiet location, with panoramic views, where someone can relax and enjoy really unforgettable holidays, to drive within two-three minutes to the sandy beach, or to drive to the center of the village.You had confirmed to me every time I visited you that the villa is fantastic, awesome and its location is ideal!!! I would like now to thank you again for your staying in my villa and I hope I will see you again, because I know very well you have loved this villa! Regards to all of you. Georgios

Fantastic ,Lovely Spacious Villa

We stayed in Villa Dioni in August for 13 days, we were a mixed party of 3 Generations 6 Adults 2 Children a Toddler and a Small Baby, and the Villa catered for us all, cots high chair and even a pushchair.The Villa its self is amazing so much bigger than we imagined, the views were breathtaking you could even see the sea, the pool is lovely which we spent many days just lazing around and just chilling by, with plenty of pool towels that were provided. Spiles Taverna is within walking distance which is great if you want to eat or have a drink out without driving, we drove (but you could walk) to Yalos for Sunday Lunch and also went to Oniro to see the Sunset, all these Taverna's are worth a visit. Georgios himself was very helpful you couldn't ask for a better Owner, we asked him if he could arranged a minibus to pick us up and return us back to the airport and also got Georgios to organised our Car Hire which we had delivered to the Villa the next day. There was a very nice welcome pack waiting for us on our arrival. What was also nice a cleaner come during our stay which we thought would just be for changing the bedding and Towels but no she cleaned the Villa. We will be booking again hopefully in 2019 as this is one of the best Villa's we have stayed in, and we have stayed in a few in Cyprus, can't wait to return. Georgios you have a lovey Villa and our holiday was enjoyed by us all.

Why they chose this property

Because really it is an amazing villa!!!
The villa itself is very spacious - There are four large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. There is a large kitchen and separate utility room. There is a spacious lounge area with free wi-fi. The outside area is large with sunbeds, parasols, BBQ area and very nice pool.It is in a beautiful location with views of the local countryside and sea. Coral Bay is just a short drive away where there are restaurants, shops, petrol station and a large supermarket.
Its a great place especially outdoors with the extensive terracing offering plenty of shade if necessary. Villa is big and spacious and different families could mix or not as they like. It is equipped with everything you could want.
The rooms all have Air conditioning and upstairs rooms all have access to a large balcony area , via patio doors, with lovely extensive sea views. The views of the sea are a wonderful backdrop to the large pool area which is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and a pretty garden . The Gazebo and Barbeque area are great for long lazy afternoons and you can find it as your favourite location for many dinner parties at night.

What makes this property unique

The excellent views from the terrace and from all the sites of the villa. The unusual architecture of the villa. Quiet, calm, The spot where lies the villa is perfect. You can see from there the whole district, sea, mountains, the valley. It is really a fantastic villa with fantastic view. In order to understand this you have to visit this place and I am sure you will love it.
