Well-designed, quiet place

Had a great stay at 8 Quail. The house was a great layout for our family, with a master on main for Gradma, then a second master downstairs with a bedroom with a full, and a bonus room off the third bedroom with bunkbeds and functional, high-quality foosball table. The only thing unusual about this place relative to most places available in Sun River is that I think it is owned by the association, not by a real family, so it is missing some of the common extras that many VBRO homes in Sun River come with: notably SHARC passes, bicycles, games, or any staples in the kitchen other than the bare basics. The bedding and furnishings were very good, and all the appliances including the hot tub were in good repair and worked well. The location is super -- 5 minute drive to the village grocery store, yet on a very quiet cul-de-sac. If going in the summer, the lack of SHARC passes might be a bummer, as the entry fee is $20 per person per day. For us it wasn't a problem because we were staying over Spring break and spent the whole week skiing. All in a a very good place -- would recommend and would repeat.
