Please refund for cleaning......

Upon arrival, blinds appeared broken. We had to work on them to get t hem to work properly but still not good entire time. Hot tub area unkept, wasps all over, tree growing thru deck. Just not clean and the BBQ had to be burned off and cleaned prior to use as was very very dirty. DISGUSTING microwave - I went to use it and it smelled and had grease all over the plate. I had to clean it out, not knowing what is was and it was very gross. 2nd day there, we found a FULL trach can under a cupboard next to the kitchen sink. So left from the last group obviously. Wifi needs to be updated as CONSTANTLY on and off, sometimes every 5 minutes. Overall, quite disappointed because we come every year, and have good experiences. But this place is run down, chipped paint all over, bathrooms not clean, toilets that clogged with just going pee (sorry for crassness). Just very disappointing for us when we look forward to the trip each and every year. I think that we are also owed back some money for the housecleaning and would like to have that reviewed.

We had a lovely two night stay in this comfortable, well furnished house. Bring your own bikes or rent them in the village and explore the beautiful surroundings on the paved bike trails.
