We booked Les Mallans for 2 weeks for a family gathering with our son and family from USA together with our daughter, grandchildren plus cousins and aunt! The house was perfect for everyone! Lovely kitchen opening onto courtyard with bbq and undercover loong table. Massive lounge. Lovely pool. Only one en-suite had a loo but the others had one close by. We all relaxed and had a great time.

Terrible Owner/Manager
Nice old house in a good location. But far too expensive in relation to condition and capacity (12 pers), no air-conditioning, no dining areas with a view, no access to a washing machine, small kitchen in the basement, clogged kitchen sink, not properly cleaned etc.
Price €5,800 for 1 week, incl. 500€ for linen service (however owner complained about 2 small stains on linen). Overall horrible experience with owner/managers who - called to fix the kitchen sink - took offensive photos of the house during our stay, overstepping our boundary of privacy. Subsequently received rude and groundless charges (almost all of which, however, had to be dropped). The owner sent a clearly unjustified and probably illegal post-invoice, which we of course rejected. It seemed speculative and calculating - to get more money out of us. Really strongly advise against renting from this owner - at least with the current managers. It ruined an otherwise lovely holiday in beautiful Provence.

Response from VrboOwner on 10 October 2024
We had a fantastic stay at Les Mallans. The house is lovely with lots of outdoor seating, comfy beds and everything that you need to make a holiday great. We swam a lot, played tennis, boules and ping pong - everyone had a brilliant holiday and lots of happy memories.
The villa is a secluded paradise in the heart of Provence. The price is worth the experience. The house was tastefully decorated with antiques and luxurious dated pieces. It's like living inside a museum yet the comforts of home. The views are fantastic and the home provides generous amount of comforts. Nothing here is hurriedly prepared or cheaply done. Everything from the candles to the bed sheets to the cutlery and cookery are detailed. You can feel that a good family lives here. I recommend this property to all discerning people who values comfort, luxury and exquisite design.

A fantastic old country manor, well maintained
Truely majestic setting lovely pool, awesome views. We were 12 people aged 1 to 67, staying for 2 weeks. Facilities are very good from tennis court, boules, table tennis to swimming pool. Kitchen is amazingly well stocked and indoor or outdoor dining for 12 or so. Local villages are delightful. The gigantic lounge has to be seen to be believed! What could be improved? The local agents spoke no English, which was a challenge for our school boy French! We used email and Google translate to get more gas delivered! I thoroughly recommend this property!
