The house of Chateau Ricard was the chatelain's farm of La Palud sur Verdon. At 500 meters from the heart of the village, the house, surrounded by fields, remains in its environment and on its rustic side the witness of its peasant vocation.

The rental, semi-detached, occupies half of the building with a clear southern exposure to the mountains overlooking the Gorges. Calm and tranquility are assured. The period walls, thick, ensure the freshness of the house during the summer.

With nearly 100 square meters, the house offers:
- a large bright kitchen recently redone and fully equipped
- a living room
- an adult room
- an adult room passing to access the other rooms
- a room with a child bed in 90 and a bed in 120
- a bathroom WC (which justifies limiting the number of occupants to 5/6)

Minimal TV screen and no wifi connection: the holiday priorities of our guests are not in the screens but in a green tourism fueled by the contemplation of the landscapes of the Verdon and the tranquility of life paluarde. Also, many books are available to tenants for moments of rest at home. Wifi will be found in the village in bars and at the tourist office.

In southern exposure, on the side of the house, the garden offers a terrace equipped with sun loungers, table, garden chairs and barbecue. An old lime tree plays the role of parasol. The garden is extended by the fields open to tenants when the hay is cut.

In front of the house, a large private area will park your vehicle. In season, your car can work alongside a tractor and a hay trailer. Indeed, the property is extended by the fields that are exploited.

In the village of La Palud, you will find all the amenities of your stay (baker, supermarket, restaurants, tourist office, etc.) and many activities possible (water sports, hiking and climbing, rental of electric bikes, etc.) .
