Departure for the visit of the Gold islands, Porquerolles, Le Levant and Portcros 15 minutes by car.
All types of nearby beach, sand, rock, creek, with opportunities to rent paddle, kayaking, windsurfing, hobbie cat, kayaking, snorkeling (underwater trail), diving, paddle, … Port d'Hyères at 15 minutes, Toulon at 15 minutes, St Tropez at 45 minutes by car. A comfortable and well appointed home

A very easy and hassle free stay, a welcoming home, well-located for the local shop, boulangerie, and beach bar/ gelateria, with the best churros. Comfortable, and temperate with preset air conditioning, walking distance to the sea, but a little too far if you're carrying a paddle board. Very family friendly.

Havre de paix bien équipé

Villa très bien située à proximité de la mer, plage et port. La piscine est un vrai plus tout comme l'espace offert par le logement et son équipement. Frédéric a été très agréable, présent et confiant. Nous avons passé 2 belles et bonnes semaines!

Super Villa avec piscine

Villa très agréable, lumineuse, dans un quartier très calme avec une trés belle vue. Pour nous, la cuisine d'été ainsi que la piscine ont été très appréciées tout le long de notre séjour. Proche de toutes commodités (commerces, plages, sentiers...), hôte très sympathique, bref nous recommandons et nous reviendrons pour sûr !

Ferien in privater Atmosphäre

Ein grosses Lob für Familie Fallot. Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen, mit einer ausführlichen Hausführung. Check in war um 10 / 11 Uhr möglich. Das verfügt über alles was man zuhause auch hat. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Fitnessecke. Aber von vorne. Das Haus liegt am Hang und verfügt über 2 Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss, auf der Ebene vom Pool, ist eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern (nur ein Zimmer hat einen richtigen Schrank), Küche, Bad, separates WC, Haushaltskammer, Vorraum. Vom Esszimmer kann man alle Scheiben öffnen und sitzt fast wie im Freien, mit schönem Ausblick ins Grüne. Ebenso auf der Ebene findet man das Barbecue Haus, mit 10 Sitzplätzen. (Muss mal gewischt werden), Eine Sitzlounge, ein Terrassentisch mit Schirm. Im Untergeschoss, nur über aussen zugänglich, befindet sich eine komplette kleine Wohnung. Hier ist auch die Waschmaschine. Bei jedem Problemchen, was wir hatten, kam innerhalb von 20 min jemand und konnte uns sofort Helfen. Hilfestellung für unterwegs per WhatsApp war auch super. Es wird gutes Englisch und französisch gesprochen. Wir waren 3 Generationen 50+ 30+ 10 Monate und 2 Jahre Einziger Punkt den ich anmerken möchte ist die eigenwillige Elektrik. Mit unisolierten Kabeln 🤫 Wenn wir nochmal in die Region kommen, schlafen wir dort. Liebe Grüße

Un séjour très agréable

Il n y a rien à redire sur cette semaine passée. La maison est très bien équipée et idéalement située pour decouvrir la région. Un grand merci à Frédéric Fallot et ses proches pour leur disponibilité !
